I’m finally getting around to writing this review, and I’m happy to share our continued excellent experience with Open Road Mazda and our salesperson, Marvin Sanchez. Marvin was instrumental in helping us find a new CX-5 for our son, and his expertise made the car-buying process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend both Marvin and Open Road Mazda for anyone in the market for a vehicle!

I worked with Paul Setoo and Andy Cheng in buying/financing my Mazda CX-30 and my experience has been exemplary and easy-going - trademarks of working with Open Road.
I especially recommend working with Andy and Paul as they were very transparent with all finance options, and happily answered any questions I had. Andy was very friendly and outgoing throughout each step in the process.

Just bought a new CX-50 from Open Road. Came down from The City based on their exceptional inventory and reviews, and they did not disappoint. Peter welcomed me at the door and we got to work right away. We went over models and trims, narrowed the field, and started test driving. I was torn between the CX-5 and CX-50, and Peter was patient as we test drove and negotiated offers on both vehicles. We even did a second road test of each before making the final call. I ended up happily buying a new CX-50 for a good price, with great financing, and a fair value on my trade-in. This was my first time leasing a car for daughter. Marvin was absolutely great! He went above and beyond to be sure she was happy. He went over a few cars with us, all the safty features and options the cars had! If youre looking for a new mazda be sure to ask for Marvin! He will not let you down! Very patient, and knows everything about all the cars. Highly recommend!!
