Terrible experience trying to get service, tried 3 times to get my car serviced and the car NEVER made it to the shop. I am not sure if they don’t want to service cars leased at other Acura dealers and/or they are understaffed and not capable. First time I called they said they will call me back to see if the issue I had was covered under warranty. They never called back! I called my sales person and he said it is covered. Second time I called and got an appointment, but when I went to the appointment, they did NOT have me on the schedule. They screwed up and were unfriendly. They said leave the car and someone will look at it, they called 2 hours later and said they can’t look at it. So I wasted my time going back and forth and had to rescheduled again! On the day of the 3rd schedule, as I was getting ready for the appointment I got a voice mail saying they have a couple of technicians out who are capable of looking at the issue I had. They said they didn’t want to inconvenience me so for me to call back to reschedule, well guess what you’ve already inconvenienced me, three strikes, you’re out! I have NEVER experienced such an ordeal trying to get my car serviced. Awful
service advisors / department! Total waste of my time. Good luck trying to get your car serviced, if you can get an appointment that they will keep.

We have owned at least one Acura every year for the past 18yrs and this is our 3rd or 4th one from Open Road of East Brunswick and they never disappoint! I came in to check on my 2020 MDX buyout and without hesitation I was able to complete a deal with a brand new 2025 MDX that we really had our sights on as well as being at the price that was affordable to us too. Zohaib Choudhary was our salesman, and along with the sales manger, they made our car buying experience a successful one! Zo, got right to the point, was never pushy, and he knew where we wanted to be at. We just had to hand over the old truck and the new one was washed and prepped the same day! Thanks to Zo, and the rest of the team, for making this a great car buying experience!!!

I had the best car buying experience with the sales men Dylan. Dylan was amazing made went out of his too make sure I left with the car I wanted he was super friendly and professional and very helpful. He answered any questions that I had. Freddy the sales manager was also super helpful and got me to the numbers I wanted to be at highly recommend Dylan as your sales person

Since then , they be telling me next month because they don’t have the part .
