I have to say came in with a problem and Tinu help me out greatly with the parts that I needed unfortunately there was a problem due to a packaging error at the supply house.I came in the following day and James help me didn't have the part in store but help me find it at another Napa location and was very patient and accommodating the Jen set the East Brunswick store well very helpful and I will make this my go-to store I was very happy to have dealt with them and just as a side this is all on a Sunday in the afternoon

The assistant manager, Tommy, was pleasant to deal with. Same for Zach.I appreciate their customer service and how they wanted to help with my car questions. They helped me identify my engine, told me where items are located in the store, and offered me ways to save money. The store is well-kept, too.

Great store, extremely friendly and helpful staff. They ARE open on the weekends. Manager has tried to update the hours, but Google never changes them.
