Brian at this store is very patient and pleasant with everyone! Very helpful and had the customer’s best interest in mind. I feel like he treats everyone like they were family. He takes the anxiety out of the stress of buying a phone, switching lines, etc.

Yesterday I went to the Metro PCS store in East Brunswick. I have to say Bryan and Calvin are the Best. They were both friendly, professional and so patient with me. I was transferring my services and I was on a 1000... I was trying to call my carrier to get acct # and pin that was needed to port my #. So heads up people, if transferring your # make sure you have those 2 key elements to make the process easier. ? Once I got that info the rest was a piece of cake. I want to say thank you to you both. You were both awesome. Keep up the great work.

I would give zero stars if I could my parents waited for an hour with no one greeting, helping, them out or even acknowledging them . Wit two guys just sitting doing nothing other then talking about me and my parents. we just came in to buy a new phone after we all worked a long day . I was truly disgusted and disappointed with this service. Never really had any problems with metro, a family friend used to work there and help us but left some time ago .After this we might have to change our provider if this is the service we get

Used to be a corporate store. Now it's an authorized retailer, which I feel changed their approach to selling phones. I was interested in an android phone and received initial pricing. I was about to purchase the phone, but the salesperson felt inclined to add extras like insurance and accessories. It turned me off, and I left without purchasing.

I’m very disappointed with this branch in East Brunswick. I initially came in to switch to a iPhone from an android. They were fine the first encounter, except for them trying to get me to buy a phone I clearly didn’t want. The very next Saturday, I came in, I got the phone I wanted. But I believe they lied and said keeping my same phone number would cost $700 dollars just so they didn’t have to sit on the phone with the provider in order to could keep it. I expressed numerous times that I didn’t want to do that. But they persisted anyway. Then they told me in order to keep my old number and get rid of the new one( I was just given) ,I would have LIE to my provider. Overall, I don’t like this branches services. I hope they get some better sales reps.

Don't go to this store!!! BULLIES!!!! will not allow you to return a phone even if purchased the same day against what the sales contract states. Oscar Muniz is a bully who verbally abused my mother, a 62 year old woman who wanted to return a phone she purchased on the same day from him. He said no returns and that his job is not to help people transfer their contacts or help them with the phone that he only sells them. The contract says that returns are allowed! He told my elderly mom that if she didn't leave he was going to call the police.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! My mother went and Oscar Muniz told her that he would help her transfer her contacts if she bought a phone and after she bought it he didn't help her. My mom went back to the store to return the phone because it wasn't working and he told her that returns are not accepted and that he doesn't care what the contract says. He told my mom that if she didn't leave he would call the police.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!! (June 4, 2023). Due to the application problem on my phone, I went to the East Brunswick MetroPCS store to pay my bill in person. Since my phone line was suspended, I didn't have a chance to make any calls. I entered the store and waited for my turn. When it was my turn, I explained the situation. I was told that there is a service fee to take the payment, but that I can pay cheaper with the machine outside. When I went out, I saw that the machine was out of service. I went back in and said I wanted to pay the regular rate. The employee was not looking at me, he was cleaning the watch on his wrist. I asked 3 times and got no answer. I was completely ignored when I made myself clear. When I asked if there was a problem and why he won't respond to me. He said "Get out of here" and kicked me out. I said I wanted to see the manager. He said he was the manager. I asked for his name. "Get out of here," he shouted again. My kids were waiting outside and my phone was still suspended from service. I called the police and explained the situation. I went back to the store accompanied by the police and was able to get service in this way. I'm a 45-year-old person who always tries to be nice, and I'm so sorry to be put in this situation. It is unacceptable to have such people working in our community. I've been a 12 year customer of Metropcs and I can't believe what happened.
