If I could give this location a triple 0 I would. Customer service has definitely gone down in this location. I’ve always enjoyed going to this location until today. In fact when I told the cashier that I changed my mind about the item she said then why did you pick it up. I could have left but I want Mandee to see this review and contact me so I can point out who needs to go. I really think the one that served me is racist. Ladies beware your clothes maybe packed in the smallest bag because the employee doesn’t want to be there.

Return policy is ridiculous. I get it if you misplaced your receipt you can’t get a refund… but you can’t even exchange for a different size of the SAME item or store credit.. even if you have proof of purchase. I mean, it’s a cheap store with cheap clothes so I guess I shouldn’t expect the service to be any different than that ??♀️

This is such an amazing store! The prices are amazing!! All the clothes are in season and they have so many deals!! The employees are incredible and made my experience so much better they are so sweet and personable and really made my shopping experience. I highly recommend shopping here my entire experience was amazing!

I am a palled at the way I was treated at the store. I had a five dollar T-shirt that I wanted to exchange for a different size and it didn’t have the tag because my son ripped it off prior to my arrival of the store manager GIGI. Wouldn’t budge for allowing me to exchange for a bigger size so my wife and I refuse to ever go back to the store because of the terrible customer service. Especially when businesses are struggling through this economy you think you would make an exception over a tag on a five dollar T-shirt. It’s the principal terrible service.

Should explain without receipt you can’t return. A matter of days items in perfect condition and a customer is told no. Then why should I buy from your store.

The cashier and manager were EXTREMELY rude. I rarely try to stir up anything because I know how stressful it can be to work in retail, but that doesn’t excuse it. I tried to receive store credit since they’re return policy only allows exchanges/credit. But they told me they don’t do store credit and gave me a hard time in order to receive the credit. I told them that the cashier who rung me up didn’t explain the return policy. The manager even made a comment to say that the person who rung me up initially would’ve told me about the return policy. Essentially calling me a liar. It’s printed on the receipt that I’m able to receive credit within 14 days of purchase. I will not be shopping at that Mandee ever again after this.

The most horrible place ever. Sure they offer cheap clothing at cheap prices but do not be fooled, they cheat people by not disclosing necessary information. I visited the mandee store in jersey garden mall, since i am still not okay trying clothes over at their fitting rooms, I made sure to ask the lady who was helping out at the store and also the lady at the checkout counter about their return policy, both mentioned about how i could return the clothes within 14days for a full refund. Went in a week later to a different mandee store(East Brunswick) and the manager at the store(Who was extremely rude) wasn't even ready to hear me out. A customer has been duped for items that she doesn't want and you working in retail do not even have the curtesy to listen to her. This is the kind of customer service that is provided at these stores. The employees at the jersey garden never mentioned(Even after asking them twice) that there was no return and it was only exchange and the bathing suits are final sale. SO now i have a bunch of cheap clothes that don't fit me and i have seen the worst possible attitude from their employees(No wonder their stores are closing all over) so Thank you Mandee!!

Clothes are cute and for the most part, affordable. However, the old lady with the frizzy dark hair is very rude and always seems like she doesn’t want to be there. She also only enforced the new mask rules on me. There were 5 or 6 other customers who walked in, unaware of the rule as well - and they walked right past her with nothing said to them.

Today went I went to Mandees I was going into the dressing room. The same lady that opens the dressing room with me decided it was okay to touch my boyfriend , ask him how old he was. Asked him if he was 30 meanwhile he is a minor. Very disappointed when I asked the worker at the register her name she wouldn't tell me. I will not be back there. You DO NOT touch or flirt with customers. Horrible experience!
