The lady here is extremely rude! Very unprofessional! She turns down people so she doesnt have to do her job. Have her fired and hire someone that actually loves doing their job.

So they messed up my taxes and claimed it to be my fault. They wanted to charge me extra to fix it, so I went to h&r block and the nice lady fixed my taxes for free in exchange for using their services next year, which I'll review them then.
