I went to the east brunswick store yesterday with my daughter, and she paid for nike shoes. after we went home she wore the shoes and they feltuncomfortable. after that today I went again to the store to return the shoes or exchange them but the the woman there was disrespectful with me when I talk to her she is laughing I don't know why and also she was singing with the music as we were speaking.I called the manager Karen by phone she told me I can't return or exchange the shoes because my daughter wear the shoes.Any way this is not the first time I go to this store but after today I never go again and I told all my friends and everyone I meet never go to this store because the customer service was so bad.

Worse shopping experience at this store. Went into the East Brunswick Mall, NJ today around 5p and no one greeted us, had to flag someone down to get shoes to try on. When the lady brought the shoes she was rude, nasty and talking on her phone. When we checked out, we were not greeted or thanked for our purchase. He was too busy singing the rap song that was playing in the store. The ONLY reason I made a purchase was because the other stores didn't have the color shoes my son wanted. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to shop, another store, mall or skip it all together and shop online. That will be my last time in this store. The owner should be aware of their poor customer service.

Are used to love coming into the store because the woman manager was so nice. but nowadays you walk in and you do not get a greeting because they are busy scrolling through TikTok. This is the America that we live in now.

Do not buy anything from this store or company.Purchased sneakers for my son that were tried on at home and had a seam in a bad place and were uncomfortable for him. Went to return within a couple hours and were told exchange or store credit only (no they weren't worn or used or marred- they were on a foot for 20 seconds and unbearable due to a seam in a bad spot for the wearers foot so taken back immediately).We were issued a store credit. Went back today to use the store credit and the manager looks at the store credit and says "we are in the process of merging with snipes and no longer accept our own store credits".Filing a consumer affairs complaint.

Worst store ever with worst staff. I sat there for ten minutes being completely ignored. I asked for a shoe size I was told was in stock and the manager literally walked by me, no shoes, and ignored me telling me don’t come back. Worst store, worst staff, go somewhere else! Look at her attitude that she doesn't want to go to work and don't want to sell shoes, and don't understand why she didn't take the initiative to quit the job here. By the way, the manager name Karen, she is the worst salesman.

When I walked into the store I was not greeted even though the manager was near the entrance because she was too busy on her cellphone. Any time I asked somebody to check for a size of a sneaker that I was interested in it just so happened that it was the last one of that size (this happened at least 3 times). The employees were not wearing their masks appropriately either even when approaching me. When I left I noticed that I was charged extra for them bagging the items I purchased. When I went back to ask about it they told me that it was just a mistake but when I looked at old receipts this charge appeared on all of them. They did not tell me that I would be charged extra just for them bagging the items I bought, if I knew that I would have just carried them out myself. Karen the manager has awful customer service skills and I will never shop here again.

Excellent thanks for your help
