“This place was spectacular and comfy! The staff was nice. The rooms were modern and immaculate. You have to put your key in so that the lights function. The bathroom is super nice, only thing I would suggest is to replace the toilet paper for 2 ply rolls. Anyways, the rest I really liked seeing that the shower was super clean. The bed had great sheets. And for the room size it just felt very cozy. The A/C wasn't a wall unit. There's also a TV and fridge in the room. There is valet for those staying there. The trees outside are illuminated at night it looks like a fairytale. There's a restaurant and bar on site by Orchard Park, it's a bit pricey. But no worries, the hotel is also fairly close to other establishments. My stay was great.”

“Good service good people the place has no drug dealers no alcoholics no drama peaceful and quiet environment and that this motel is much better then the last one I stayed at they r friendly and seem too not discriminate of who i am and how they seem very welcoming and warming then other place we stayed at”

“I stayed here almost 3 weeks, I never feel bored. This place is something that always makes me pleasant and I enjoyed everyday staying there. FrontDesk staff and Manager Paul were very friendly and Good people. I will come New Brunswick again, I will stay in this place only.

“Best Western SureStay is kind of a bare bones hotel. Nothing highly fancy but budget friendly, and pet friendly. The staff is very friendly and accommo-dating. Our room was clean and we were grateful for that. Best of all, there are two well-known restaurants that are very close which is convenient. We'd stay there again. Glad we found it.”

“Really nice hotel. It's new (I visited May 2024) so not yet tired or worn out. They have an indoor pool and a ok gym with free weights and some cardio equipment. The breakfast is included with the room rate and is pretty good, fresh fruit, oat meal, orange juice, coffee and tea served all day. I liked it mostly because the rooms have a kitchen with a microwave, oven rings and all the pans to cook your own food as you want. The staff are really friendly, if you have a problem they will sort it. I will definitely stay here again.”
