My $54.95 purchase was stated to receive from homelement $5.98 for a immediate return. The almost total of $49 restocking fee and shipping and handling relayed by their customer service as charges I would have agree to for them to accept product back. I do not feel their picture of the product was a clear representation of it. I received email notice of their return policy after the purchase was made. I would suggest a potential customer deal with a company with better character.

Don't buy from them. I bought a sectional and got it delivered Thursday got a call at 8am for 10am delivery so no notice. Never got a confirmation on the order. But this is the real problem, once we put the sectional together we wanted to add another console. So after 3 business days of getting the sectional they tell me it is discontinued and the console is not available. I paid full price and not a discount for a discontinued item. The reason you buy sectionals is to expand it and flexibility. I complained about the price because I can not expand it and they won't do anything at all. They should have known it was a discontinued item. Mfg let them know but they are just greedy and don't care about their customers do not deal with them.

Poor Customer Service. Ordered Dining table but delayed multiple times. Should state on site delivery times or stop listing items with long delivery times.

They need to advertise furniture that is in stock and ready to go. I ordered a sectional in December of 2020, and it on backorder until February 2021.

consistently outstanding customer service. my order (an item on backorder) arrived defective at their warehouse and they found me another one from a cancellation. shipping was arranged for my convenience. all three employees I interacted with were courteous and professional. great experience!

I bought Hillsdale Trieste Fabric Bed - Buckwheat last week from this online furniture store and must say it is wonderful. Product details, bed size, manufacturer details etc. everything actually match to the online descriptions. Thanks Homelement for making our bedroom so lively with this fine bed. Also I should add that the prices are quite reasonable.. Thumbs up !!

we ordered a coffee table and end table from homelement, but unboxing the furniture many points of damage were identified on both the cocktail and side tables. attempts to communicate with seller have not resolved the issue to provide a refund. clearly the other 5 star reviews on here are super fake. their customer services is terrible, and i regret having made the purchase.
