Cashier named Faith was excellent with customer service. I was annoying customer with returns, price exchange, purchases, coupons and she handled it all like a champ with a smile!

This store is ok, compared to other harbor freights, it is disorganized, and for the managers, it depends on the day of the week if they adhere to coupon and sale policies or not. Favorite cashier by far is griz, always a sweet interaction and never any issues with them

May 2nd 2024. Last time I buy from here. They threatened me thier new policy that I cannot return or cover warranty on anything I buy if I dont provide my phone number.

2 of the Short Spanish chick's both have bad attitudes and bad customer service. (Short stocky chick with fake blonde hair is worse) They literally make me not want to shop there everytime I talk to them.

Sign up for their emails and mailers because you'll get different offers from each. They send out flyers in the Value Pak and a page in the AARP magazine. Usually offering 20% off.

Found a couple of decent buys and some good sale items. Not a bad place to go if you’re looking to add to the toolbox at home. Purchased a screwdriver set and wrench set since they always somehow go missing.
