I bought things at this store and put it in my closet until ready to wear it. They forgot to take the tag off and when I realized this after about two weeks when I decided-to wear it. Took it back to the store and the manager didn’t take it off because they needed a receipt. It was clearly their product. He agreed.
You know what, I don’t need this store nor the item I bought. I told him to keep it. Never shopping there again.

They're always short of staff... moreover what they have... They don't care about customers..Not a good variety... Always they've leftover.Very much disappointed.

Quite big apperal and shoes store for Men women. Lot of designs in Jeans ? are present here. They have various varieties for women's clothing. For male they have formal dresses like Suits, Shirts and pants. Accessories like belts , socks etc are also present. This place is inside Brunswick Square mall. See pics and videos for more details. Used to work here it was nice until I was basically fired without any verbal notice very unprofessional on the managers part (he know who he is) definitely would never work for this company again

Will not return jeans that I have a receipt for and are within the return window. Jeans are absolutely uncomfortable and they keep repeating policy of having tags on the pants. I keep saying I have the tags but they are not on the jeans because I wore them and planned to wear them. They just hurt! Managers are inexperienced- Isabella and her manager. I do not want a merchandise credit- don’t want to buy anything from them again- quality is terrible!!!

When I asked worker to help with cash register as no one came, she explained that it wasn’t her job and she could only help with the dressing rooms and other customers. Waited for a very long time as she walked and helped everyone else. Very bad for a place that charges so much. Obviously not the staffs fault, but perhaps they should have more employees.

So helpful! I went in today for an exchange and every single employee was helpful and friendly. They checked for my size in the back and helped figure out solutions to my size being unavailable. Great team!! So happy I was helped by such a friendly and helpful team of humans.
