Well, I am sharing my experience with you so you do not make mistake to take your car here.On 05/23/2023 I took my 2 vehicles for oil change. Transmission fluid change. Spark plugs replacement. Cabin and air filter replacement and same time I asked the guy to take a look in to my car because it jerks when gas.Finally after 2.5 hours I was told that my vehicles are ready and I'm supposed to make the payment of $456 though the parts were supplied by myself separatelyBesides they charged me triple of normal fee, an extra $133.28 fees was added as computer diagnosis fee.Because they charged my for diagnosis fee, I made another appointment and asked them to fix my car, they asked anupfront money for parts and then charged me for labor cost BUT MY VEHICLE IN SAME CONDITION.Now the mechanic says my car has transmission problem and I have to take it to another mechanic.They wasted my time and charged me almost $750 for nothing and even when I asked for the old part they ignored to give it to me.The mechanic says, my car has no problem and I’m not driving it properly but I am asking him if my vehicle has no problem then WHAT DID U DIAGNOSED? Why you changed the part and why you charged me?They are thieves. Unprofessional mechanical shop.I took my vehicle to another mechanic and got fixed because the trans mount was broken and they told me the previous mechanic changed the wrong part.I don’t forgive even a dollar of those amounts you took from me and it’s all forbidden for you, GOD SEES EVERYTHING.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Needed repair on my 2010 Honda Civic, everything was great from getting a quote to picking up the car. The receptionist was great, Eric was great, the service was great. I can say everything in one word..... GREAT.

I had just picked up my truck from being shipped into New Jersey. I had to drive my truck all the way to Maine the next day. Found that it had been badly damaged by the shipping company. Leaking coolant and missing the front end. These guys got me in within a hour of picking up my truck and had it fixed and looking like a vehicle again within a hour. Highly recommend them!

I was hung up on twice when I said I worked with disabled veterans. WOW! I don't want anything free, I just needed a hitch installed. Really really poor pathetic service.

After getting the run around from the dealer and other shops, my vehicle went to Eric’s Premier Auto for multiple issues. Not only did they find out what no other mechanics or shop was able to do, the problems were corrected, fixed and done right the first time! Could not be more impressed with Eric's Premier Auto Center. I called him, as a new customer, to diagnose a problem. He was able to diagnose the problem within 2 hours of dropping the car off, when another shop couldn't get me in for an appointment for 3 weeks to do so! Not only that he had the car fixed by the next day, and there were quite a few things that had to be fixed! He also kept in contact with me the entire time. I highly recommend this shop!

Eric is the only guy I trust with all my cars. He treats them with the same care and respect that I believe he would treat his own vehicles with. The prices are very fair , the parts are of good quality and he's friendly. He takes time to explain things. But most of all he's not a a****** like most Grease monkeys. Good guy great service!

Eric and his team were very professional and communicative. I had a diagnostic assessment performed on a car that is 13 years old and Eric was very honest on what the car needed repaired in order to continue driving it safely and what could wait a few more months. I had my brake light switch repaired as there was no power when the brakes were pressed and the control arm was loose -- both integral to driving on the road safely. The car is still driving great and will be taken to Eric's for further work. Thanks, Eric!Services: Steering/Suspension

This shop is like A1 Sauce.... I met Eric when he first moved to Sayreville through a friend. I have a small buisness and at the time my mechanic in Perth Amboy was screwing me around in getting my vehicles on the road the same day or putting me on the back burner.
Nevertheless, I bring one of my cargo Van's to Eric and I told him what I thought was the problem. He calls me back a few hours later and tells me to pick up the vehicle. I get there and he told me what the problem was and I ask him how much and he tells me dont worry about any charges because he only tightened up a few things that didn't take up any time.
I was amazed at his honesty and from that point forward I started bringing all my vehicles to him and only him. I have 2 trucks, 3 cargo Van's and a personal vehicle and I only bring my vehicles to him. Just recently hand a problem with a Banshhee 4x4 and he showed me how to change a clutch on my quad.
He is a very honest person, does awesome work and always goes above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me and my buisness .
I bring my vehicles to him blindly and there is never any thought in my mind that he will beat me for my money.
Top quality work all the time and he has great guys who work for him...

I have been a customer for 10 years. Honest and easy to work with! My car broke down 10 years ago... and I was able to get it to Erics. Within a few min, they were able to diagnose the problem and then fix it (which took a few hours). My kids were in daycare and it was closing. After the car was fixed, they knew I was going to be late, so they said, grab the kids and circle back so you can pay us. I was thankful. All these years later, I have gotten honest opinions and they were helpful when there were issues. Just a great group of guys! Highly recommend their work and integrity!!!
