From the minute, I walked in the door the staff was friendly and helpful my MRI tech. Leo was absolutely fantastic. Very patient very understanding helped me get through my MRI, he remain professional at all times even while I had a meltdown about going in the machine, he gave me the time I needed to relax night to get into the machine. Leo’s kindness and compassion did not go unnoticed And because of him I was able to get my MRI complete

The technician was not welcoming. Didn’t introduce himself, nor did he walk me through the process. People come into this establishment already uncomfortable due to their pain. I felt uncomfortable the whole time. The front staff were great. Very friendly. I left crying because of the whole first time experience.
