Getting worse and worse. Absolutely no one knows how to do their jobs. Closing for a lunch break? Switch shifts? Why are you closing the pharmacy? So unprofessional. NEVER answer the phones and NEVER return calls. CANNOT ever get a human on the phone. You have to walk in to flip out in person. They lie straight to your face. Drive thru is always insane. Incompetent people at the window. CVS has become total trash and it’s not only this location. Stop using cvs pharmacy. They suck.

The store is clean and appears well-stocked, but there often seems to be an issue. This morning in the pharmacy, my husband mentioned having an unpleasant experience, and I overheard the (AM) staff member speaking to him at the drive-through. It may be beneficial for this individual to consider a role that doesn’t involve direct customer interactions if they find that challenging when questions are being asked. We all serve others in some capacity, so showing empathy is essential. Patients and their caregivers deserve kind and respectful communication. It's important to remember that anyone can hear how you communicate. They deserve responses that are delivered with respect and politeness, rather than a curt manner.

The pharmacy is especially helpful and quick with your medications. The store is clean, with the associates being attentive to the customers.

What a joke this pharmacy is overcharging on all prescriptions why do I have health insurance if you’re charging me $20-$40$60 for medication. Guess what y'all a small no chain name pharmacy charges me $2,4,$6 for prescriptions why is it I can never use goodrx with them they have they’re own discount program

Came in with a massive headache.
Went up to get Excedrin, was under lock and key. Fine.
2 min later mngt comes up.
Gets the two, says when ready meet at front. Im in pain, I said let's go now.
She leaves the medicine with the teller and walks away gesturing I wait in line.... Two ppl later, I ask the teller can I use the machine to pay instead of waiting, the kind girl says yes ofcourse...
Moral of this story... This place has a manger whose the exact opposite of helping and healing!

The cvs itself was clean and stocked nice but the manager was rude and not helpful…there was a 50% off holiday section and I seen a bunch of “holiday throw blankets” so I grabbed a few, when I went to register they were ringing up full price, so the cashier (who was nice) says oh lemme manually put these in for u half off so he needed a managers key to do so , when manager comes up he rudely says “these aren’t half off “ the cashier says “but these say holiday on them” and I continue to say sir they were in the half off section that’s where I got them and he says “well no their not half off “ even the cashier was tryin to explain to him that why aren’t they half off if their considered “holiday items”. Manager wasn’t having it and just walked away so I couldn’t purchase the throw blankets I wanted.

Young lady handling the Pharmacy drive up window on Saturday was completely lost, disinterested and not willing to be helpful. There was a question with the price of a new prescription, she offered no explanation, kept walking away to ask the Pharmacist our questions, I presume, then came back and said to wait 5-10 minutes. When we came back. She acted like she had never seen us before and we had to repeat everything all over again. Some people aren't even worth the minimum wage...

I just moved to East Brunswick a few months ago so I switched my cvs pharmacy. The store itself is nice and clean but my experience with the pharmacy wasn't the best. I went here to pick up my first prescription the other day.My daughter's prescription was ready on time but they forgot to include a syringe with the antibiotic so I had to use one from an OTC Tylenol bottle. Also, they didn't even tell me her insurance didn't work so I apparently paid more than I had to. I didn't even know until i looked at the piece of paper that came with the meds and read the "action note"The pharmacist was very helpful though when I called in just to make sure the dosage was correct for my baby's weight and she was able to answer my questions
