The minute clinic was rude and unprofessional and argued with my father in regards to a physical and told him that he was going to fail his physical since he could not speak English very well. Her name is Antoinette Abdullahi and she was indeed RACIST.

Nurse Chantall was very welcoming. No one likes medical care really and I'm no exception, but she was very good at putting me at ease. She was super friendly and non judgmental with potentially sensitive information and I wish more medical professionals had a similar approach, considering how vulnerable patients can be during visits. My nurse practitioner Amirose was similarly accommodating- she was concise and direct without making me feel like I was being rushed out of the office. She answered all my questions. And to top it off, I was seen super fast with their pre check in/ check in proceedures. All in all, great visit- 10 out of 10 would get sick again.

0 stars. I go to the minute clinic for an appointment to get a refill on an inhaler at 12pm- the nurse says she send in the order to my Walgreens pharmacy. 2 hours go by and I hear nothing, call Walgreens and they say they never received anything. Call CVS back multiple times and they cannot disclose any information due to Minute Clinic being a “separate entity”. So the minute clinic never answers the phone, I can’t get any manager to help with finding my appointment that I was JUST there for at 12pm…so in other words they wasted my time with an appointment, calling back multiple times with no manager able to help and the minute clinic nurse I saw has no record of my appointment but yet won’t answer the phone to me to speak to her in person. Worst service I’ve ever had for a pharmacy and people are incompetent.

Minute clinic review : the nurse staff Chantal was AMAZING and nice.The attending physician was so rough, no bedside manner and hurt me during a routine ear appointment.Will never go back here.I don’t know why the closed the one in Old Bridge! Staff was great!

The worse customer service. I was in lane for 30 minutes at the drive through. The employees were literally ignoring me. Unbelievable!!

Worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been. Go somewhere else if you have the option. This place need new management for being unprofessional and slow. Ridiculous waiting time even with appointments!

The store itself is fine. Like every other CVS, you are able to find what you need. In a convenient way. The three stars is aimed more specifically towards the pharmacy. They are either delayed in filling your prescription, it’s not in stock and they have to order it, or their operating system is not functioning, or they do not answer the phone for assistance. No system is perfect, but they are either just poorly run in its department or they need more help in handling the capacity of the customers that are coming in.

No one ever picks up the phone to help you. I just want to know if my prescription is ready. Called 3 different time, waited 20 minutes each time. If I knew then I would’ve had doctor send the prescription somewhere else.

If you CANT SPEAK ENGLISH correctly dont come to this store. they said they couldnt understand me they were asking for my birthday but I COULDNT understand. so MANY MANY WHITE people looking at me beacuse im indian and coudnt speak english. If zero stars were an option, CVS at Rues Lane in East Brunswick would be the winner! The pharmacy team is rude, ill informed and has no sense of expediency or customer service. I have been using them for years, and I have witnessed a steady decline in their overall customer care experience. I’m done. There are enough pharmacy alternatives in the area now, and I will be moving all of my business elsewhere.

I don’t recommend any body to go there, because my doctor sent prescription there I went there I waited 1 hour and then they told me we don’t have the medication, and I went to Walgreens to transfer the prescription they call them many times they didn’t answer the phone they make wait until the next day to call the doctor to send the prescription to Walgreens it was emergency prescription. I wish I can give them zero star.

The clinic stinks. You make an appointment and they have you waiting for more then an hour. The clinic should manage their time better. I will never go back.
