While this isn't your standard bank where you can run inside to use an ATM, they have one outside and are committed to hands-on communication with their customers. I came to this bank, not for my own personal yse, but for a family member. There weren't many people when we came mid day, but we were greeted by Alexander upon arrival and only needed to wait a few minutes to be helped.What I witnessed in that short time I was there was the staff being so kind and helpful to one another. You can tell theirs no hostility in the workplace. Every customer that arrived after us was greeted by Alexander (who it is clear is a very personal person), but they also were proud to say hello as if they were all friends. This shows that they know their customers well.He also acknowledged out birthdays when looking at OUR IDs and engaged us in conversation about our celebrations.They quickly took care of all of my family members' needs and were very thorough with taking care of everything, so we didn't have to come back. We need more people like Alexander in the world, and I will definitely be coming back here for banking needs because of this.

Had a horrible experience at this branch thank God I recorded the entire interaction an how I was treated. I Came in to do a deposit an was questioned about my check an what it was for. Not that my personal life is any of their concern... but still went ahead an told her. Prejudice at its finest. Will be taking this matter seriously. If I had been a white woman or didn't have locs those questions wouldn't have been asked. Its a shame that the world we live in today!

Alex, branch manager, went above and beyond to make my loan process easier for me. The team at the East Brunswick branch is efficient, courteous, and swift in their assistance. Highly recommend. ??

It has to be said that the wait time in the drive thru at this branch is insane! I make deposits here roughly 2x/month for my boss and every time I sit in the drive thru for at least 25mins regardless of time of day or day of the week. The parking lot is always empty so I don't understand the long waits. Unfortunately it's the closest branch to my home but I think I need to try another location even if it's a few more minutes of travel time.

The branch in East Brunswick is the nicest. Wish I opened by account here, instead of another Columbia branch.

This is a great bank! Super friendly staff, and wide space! They have a coffee machine in the back, which also makes it a plus! Staff is able to work fast, and efficiently! I had to turn in a check, and the lady up front was able to take care about it lickety split! Amazing bank, this is where yo0u should go!

I had a bad business banking experience. From opening the account to closing it. I would not recommend it for business banking..oh it take 1 week to get your online banking approved.
