Beautiful humidor with a great selection of cigars. Everybody can find something for their taste and if you’re not sure, Nick the owner is very knowledgeable and will help you. Very comfy armchairs and ventilation is great, love that. Overall a very easy-going atmosphere and you can keep to yourself or socialize, there’s no pressure and nobody’s hovering over you. Will definitely return!

Nick and his team (Mike joe brandon) run an incredible parlor. the selection is incredible and the parlor is top notch. I’ve smoked globally and this is a real gem for cigar smokers.

Quiet possibly the most comfortable and relaxing cigar establishment I've ever been at. Nick greeting us as family despite never meeting us and give us incredible service. Run, don't walk to this place for true customer service and incredible product

I have been to Cigar Den on several occasions and this is the only cigar shop in NJ that I will shop at! The owner Nick is extremely knowledgeable, always pleasurable and willing to share his expertise and recommendations! I have never been in the stores humidor longer than a few minutes before Nick enters and asks how he can help! At Cigar Den I always feel welcome and I always walk out with more knowledge than I arrive with! The selection of cigars is top notch, unique and always fresh! If you love smoking cigars, and whether you are a newbie or seasoned aficionado, Cigar Den is an absolute must!

Worse customer service I ever experienced in a lounge. The self called owner Nick has the worse attitude. Great cigar selections, great looking lounge, but because of him I would never go again.

finally after 2 years being intimidated of sitting down being a newbie. I purchased another stick and sat down and burned one down. had some really good conversations with some gents, learned some more about cigars and the lounge, must say I'm addicted now. much nicer than being home and burning a stick. owner and staff members are super knowledgeable and very welcoming to the lounge. selection of cigars is top notch, walk in humidor is out of this world. you got a customer for life, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
