The worst set of bankers I have ever dealt with. They treat you like an idiot and are so rude for no reason. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to another bank than this one. They need to do better with their customer service

If you were an immigrant just arrived days ago, can not open an account with your passport and immigrant data at Chase Bank.How do you feel ?In addition to the above, and Social Security Number,The Bank requires you to have following :- Driver License, ( Interesting ! DMV requires Bank statement to processthe driver license exchange. )- An received mail showing your name and address.I hope the number one Chase Bank can ease its regulation especially for new immigrants. I believe not only their business will shoot up fast but also meeting its No. 1 reputation.
