This place is not good, I took my SUV here because I saw the good reviews but It is only that they had my vehicle for a month and a half and they gave it to me with a bad tail light with water in it and keyfob not working, and the only thing they say is that they can not fix it..they say call ur insurance and take it to the dealer, please take ur car somewhere else this place sucks, save the headaches and time wasting..manager Mike is a liar and not a costumer service person, not very profesional...If I could give them 0 stars I would..

This place has been the worst for me, they still have not finish fixing my truck after more than a month and a half..my keyfob not conecting to truck..and they dont want to be responsible for it..this place sucks, do not take ur car there..

Tesla certified shop and did good job. Staff is professional and provided good support. Specially Louis, helped to negotiate with Insurance for fender repair. Also they are giving warranty on repair work which is icing on cake. Fixed my car within promised date.
Highly recommended.

I wish I could give minus stars.
I had my car repaired at Branning East Brunswick, NJ, for a very minor dent on the driver's door. I got the car back after 10 days; while the door was fixed, they missed a small scratch. Additionally, the other side of the car had new scratches and dents. Someone at the shop had spilled a drink on the dashboard and attempted to clean it with a dirty rag, making it worse.
I brought the car back, and Manager Mike apologized, scheduling another time to fix it. I told him not to worry about the interior as I would get it detailed myself, but to fix the side they damaged and the missed scratch.
He agreed, and I dropped the car off early the next morning. A young lady took my key, and I emphasized that the missed scratch needed to be taken care of. She assured me she would mark it and personally inform the manager.
When I went to pick up the car, the scratch was still not fixed. This time, Manager Mike blamed the young lady, saying she hadn't informed him and had left for the day. He also mentioned that the scratch was not on the original claim, and Geico needed to reopen it. He then called another manager and returned to his office.
The other manager said he would try contacting Geico. When I went back to Mike's office, I saw the young lady he claimed had left for the day sitting next to him. her face turned red when she saw me, and I left without saying a word.
While driving home, I noticed a small crack on the windshield. I called the shop, but they were already closed.
Bottom line, I will never trust them to fix my car again. If they fix one thing, they damage something else, and everyone just blames each other.

Bad worse awful experience
Worse manager ever, he dont know how to talk to customer. He was very loud without analyzing the cause.
They repaired my van’s back bumper back in January 2024 with life time warranty if it came out unexpectedly
I took my van back to this shop as its rear bumper clipped out
Manager came and talked in loud tone. He just see the clip out and told my car is hit but i said i never have hit my car after repair as i dont use it alot and if its hit then it supposed to be at least small dent on it, but there is none
Then he said you use your van for loding unloading and drop something on bumper,
come on its van so of course i use it for normal load but he just keep repeating his assumptions which is not true at all.
I asked him to show me the warranty policy or at least reprint my repair record, he denied and gave excuse we not able to pull it out. Again thats not possible as all we know, company keeps record for long time.
Vey bad customer service, specifically the on duty manager was worse and rude, definitely not recommending to go here as they not promising for the work they do and the commitment they offer to the customers.

This review is long overdue. I’m no car expert but I went here expecting to drop a huge chunk of change. However, one of the employees named Mike came, looked at my car, told me he’d take care of it, and came back 15 minutes later handing me my keys and said it’s good to go. When I asked how much it’d cost, he wouldn’t let me pay. To not leave a review would be remiss of me. They went above and beyond for which I am truly grateful. Hopefully nothing happens to my car in the future but if something were to happen, I’d definitely return to Branning’s. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of work to be done for their car(s).

Branning has done a great job with all of my vehicles. My most recent vehicle was completed ahead of schedule and the car looked great! When I picked it up all the work was done with great precision and the interior was immaculate. Great job again.

I've had 2 experiences with these guys. First one was good.
Second one, not good at all. These guys gave me my truck back with the steering wheel still upside down. My door sensor says the door is open when the door is shut. A week after I picked up my truck I was going thru their report and they charged my insurance company 350.00 for a new tire. There is definitely no new tire on my truck. Today while changing my oil I noticed that 2 bolts that hold the fender in place have not been screwed down. And the fender has some flexing in it. There is also a paint chip that wasn't fixed in the area where the damage was and my negative battery terminal wasn't tightened down. I would NEVER bring a vehicle back to these guys.

I was completely satisfied and pleased with the service I received from Branning. When I first brought my car there for their initial estimate, they not only promptly provided the estimate, but they also put the damaged body parts back together well enough so would be able to drive the car without loose parts hanging off the car. They worked seamlessly wi5h my insurance company to get their approval for the repairs. They made an appointment that worked for me to get the repair done. When they learned that there would be a delay in getting the necessary parts, they promptly notified me and we rescheduled the repair. When they did the repair, they got it done two days ahead of the promised date. The quality of the repair was excellent. The car looked brand new. The staff at the front desk were uniformly pleasant, helpful and efficient. Although I was only responsible for my deductible and they worked directly with my insurance company for the rest, I thought that the price charged was reasonable.

My car was towed to Branning in Freehold. From beginning to end, I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked amazing!!! I will definitely tell friends and family to use Branning for their vehicle needs.
