I was in town from California for my 50-year Cass Reunion and needed my suit drycleaned.
They were able to get it cleaned and ready for me in a timely manner. I was very impressed by the job they did. And so were my classmates.

Fantastic customer service. I desperately needed alterations on a child's dress that was delivered late and was too big. Went to 2 different places before Bond Cleaners and was told it was too complicated or couldn't be done. BUT Bond Cleaners got it done just in time and the fit was perfect. Brought my comforters and dress shirts here. After inspecting my comforters, the man who worked here suggested that per cleaning instructions it'll be cheaper for me to take to the laundromat. He also took the time to explain some dry cleaning vs washing and pressing my dress shirts. Great experience and definitely learned some new things as well as saving some money!Service: Alterations

Terrible experience 3 days ago. World of difference between their dry cleaning service and getting alterations. They did a subpar job on hemming a dress for my wife 18 months ago and after the event we had them redo it. The owner wasn't happy about it, but did it. I have been bringing my dry cleaning long before the dress incident and since then as well. Last week my daughter's 9th grade semi dress need a stitch to bring in the waist 1" and a couple stitches to the separate top piece to gather the material at the tie in the back of the neck - this is where the wife of the owner decided to extract revenge - she charged $57 for a less than a few stitches for work that took 15 minutes. The twice-hemmed dress was only $30! Bad, Bad business behavior to be petty and extract revenge
