Incredibly rude staff. As I was walking in, an employee said, "Can we help you?" I replied that we were just browsing and she said,"This is not a lounge." We all looked at each other for a moment, not believing what she just said. Another employee then said, "You guys can look around, but you need to circulate." We had just walked in! These people are so weird and rude...why would you want to ward off customers like that? Who reacts angrily like that to people giving them their business? Anyways, we walked right back out and took our business elsewhere. Management needs to train employees in customer service or hire better employees.

Bought a new sofa and love seat during President's Day sale. Great price and quality. Staff was extremely helpful. I rented a U-haul van for an extra $30 to pick it up and Big Lots staff brought the items to the curb and loaded it into the van. I would shop here again.

Big Lots is nothing short of a trove of strangely cheap and off brand items. They have it all; from outdoor furniture to couches and beef underwear. “Why is there furniture here?” queried confused customer Max L. This place has a selection that could appeal to any audience. I personally appreciated the Easter and St Patrick’s day decor popping up as early as January. On that same note, the Christmas decor prices were at an all time low, including a once $120 fake christmas tree being marked down to just under $30, considering the fact that it has been over three weeks since the holiday. When I perused the tech section, (located just to the right of the gnomes) I noticed a wide variety of chargers, for one, but nothing as exciting as the ‘Craig’ soundbar. I’m glad this esteemed brand was represented here. As for the beef underwear and sock combo, I will be sure to pick them up ASAP. “This has got to be the most inconvenient location for one of these,” claimed passerby Owen E, who was in the middle of contacting David for further info on the opening of the nextdoor Asian food mart.

This store sucked I don't know how they're still open... Bathroom was super dirty and staff not friendly only 1 register open. It felt like it was going out of business hardly anything on the shelves.
