My son started school here in September. I was really nervous as it was his first daycare experience. Joanna and the staff welcomed my family with open arms and my son adapted very well and quickly and looks foward to going to school everyday! I would rate them with 10 stars if I could!

I'm very happy with big apple academy, my daughter started her first daycare here. she looks forward going to daycare everyday, Johanna is awesome, their staff truly care for my child with love, thank you ? big apple academy. I get updates w/pics thru out the day.

Great place for your child to feel as if he/she is at home, Director Johanna is super attentive and always making sure everything is running smooth, but most of all making sure the kids are well taken care of!!.

My daughter has been attending Big Apple Academy for the summer. I was nervous about the transition but Johanna was flexible and so patient with me to make sure the transition went as well as possible. Each day that I pick my daughter up she is smiling and so obviously enjoyed her day. The photos posted in the app are wonderful to see to help me feel connected to what she is doing each day. The women who work at the daycare are so committed, loving and kind. I highly recommend this daycare and this is coming from an anxious mom who is not always so easy to please. Oh and Johanna makes herself very available and is happy to answer any and all questions. Thank you Johanna and staff for making my daughter's summer so fun, happy and safe!

My daughter recently joined the Big Apple Academy family, and it has been great. She is happy to be there, and they take great care of her as well. They have reminders for parents, and they use an app to upload pictures. Communication is great! I love the fact that is a family operated business.

I feel like I am dropping my daughter off at a friend or relatives house. This is not a franchise, this is a family ran daycare. They get to know you and your child as a family. Plus they keep the child to teacher ratio low. Everything is very clean. They also give the kids a lot of outdoor play.

My son started daycare at Big Apple Academy last week & has adjusted so well & so quickly. The staff makes sure to send pictures of your child & update on daily activities. The teacher to child ratio is excellent, which is a big issue in many daycares around. My son is autistic and does not typically do well with changes in routine, but he has adjusted beautifully with the help of Joanna & staff. They are so welcoming & definitely give off a family oriented vibe.

This is going to be one of the honest reviews you will ever read… i have 3 boys and i am so over protective of them. Two older and one 14 months. My other two go to school which worries me enough but my 14 month old goes here. I cried every day dropping him off because its so hard to trust people. ( you hear so many stories) but with all my anxiety and alll my fears this day care literally went ABOVE and beyond to make sure i was comfortable every single day I dropped him off. From updates on the app to pictures on my phone. I couldnt have asked for a better place. Big apple is a place i wuld recommend 10000 times again. Coming from an overprotective mama bear this place rates over the limit. Thank you to all the staff for making this mama feel so comfortable thank you for loving my baby boy like your own

LOVE LOVE this place, We enrolled both our sons this year and we are so happy to be a part of this day care. All of the staff members are pleasant and wonderful. They call my 4month old “KING” and we love it. They are Very professional, the classrooms are clean and it is a very safe place. My 1 year old knows his alphabets already. Thank you Johanna, and everyone at the BIG APPLE!

My 2-year-old daughter started at the beginning of March, and she has been doing AMAZING! She has learned so much already. Big Apple Academy has been a great support system with her potty training. She even recognizes the ABC's something she was not doing before. The communication with them is great. They provide constant updates and pictures throughout the day. My daughter got hurt and they immediately called me to let me know as well as providing pictures. It brings me peace of mind knowing my daughter is well taken care of. She absolutely loves this school!! Thank you, Johanna and Team, for all of your hard work. I truly appreciate it.

My two daughters (15 months and 4.5 years) love it here. It took my youngest about two weeks to acclimate but now she is very happy. My older one asks to go to daycare. She even cries if she has to stay home. The staff is very friendly and I love that this is a family business.

If I could rate Big Apple 100 stars, I would!! I had to take my son out of his previous daycare unexpectedly and I was a wreck. Johanna and all of Big Apple staff took my son in & made him happy, comfortable and put my mind at ease immediately. From day one they have treated us like family. I could not have asked for a better daycare center!

Big Apple Academy is a great daycare for children. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and great with the kids. I have two children that attend and they are in love with the teachers. I have to say that this school has amazing people working there that cares about the kids. It’s a great family owned daycare!
