We bought insignia TV and it didn’t last for 1 year also.Geek squad person came and checked still it gone now.Waste of money.I will not recommend purchasing tv from best buy anymore

Always seems to have 4 people working the whole store at any given time and shelves are often empty or the electronic price tags are turned off so I can't even see the price of something I was considering buying. It's a Best Buy so it will probably have whatever you need, but it feels like a bare minimum store.

Had gone there for a dashcam installation. And the service was terrible. They did not appear to be professional at all. The wires were not hidden properly and they lost some of the dashcam accessories including the anti glare CPL filter.
If you're thinking of coming here, do yourself a favor and watch some youtube videos and do it yourself. You will probably do a better job than these guys.

One of the Best Buy’s. First item I bought here is electronics and from Best Buy. Electronics are really good and still working and staff customer support are always helpful.
