“I switched over to this credit union from Bank of America when they were threatening to charge a monthly fee for using our debit cards. It annoyed me so much I decided I'd rather support a smaller, more family oriented banking institution. What I love about this credit union: -personalized service- people already know my name! -very old school- call in and they'll mail you a check -only $5.00 to open an account -my immediate family members can join -low as heck interest rates on car and personal loans -exempt from paying car loan in summer months because I'm in education What's not so convenient: -not as many ATM's available -outdated interent and bill pay services -when checking account online, transactions don't always post immediately I'm going to stick with them for a while and see if I can grow some patience while working on not being just another person who needs everything done for me at lightning speeds.”

“i choose to drive one town over to this location rather than going to the branch in my town because the service i receive everytime i come here is well worth it. melissa is always so kind, has a warm, friendly energy, and that goes a long way in customer service. she always ensures i’m in and out quickly and that all of my needs are met. this location can get busy depending on the day, and i’m assuming that’s because people keep coming back knowing that they’re in great hands, but it never stops the efficiency of their business and that is very appreciated”

“It's in a bit of an annoying location because once you drive out the only exit, legally you can only make a right turn according to the sign. Otherwise. The bank itself it perfectly fine. It's a bank. Haven't experienced any long wait times yet. There is however only one ATM. It probably isn't that busy of a branch”

The bankers here are much easier to deal with then most other PNC branches in the area.Just have never been a fan of pushy bankers. Im made aware of what I need to know and I can make my decisions from there. I always come to this branch because of this. Thank you”
