“I switched over to this credit union from Bank of America when they were threatening to charge a monthly fee for using our debit cards. It annoyed me so much I decided I'd rather support a smaller, more family oriented banking institution. What I love about this credit union: -personalized service- people already know my name! -very old school- call in and they'll mail you a check -only $5.00 to open an account -my immediate family members can join -low as heck interest rates on car and personal loans -exempt from paying car loan in summer months because I'm in education What's not so convenient: -not as many ATM's available -outdated interent and bill pay services -when checking account online, transactions don't always post immediately I'm going to stick with them for a while and see if I can grow some patience while working on not being just another person who needs everything done for me at lightning speeds.”

“While this isn't your standard bank where you can run inside to use an ATM, they have one outside and are committed to hands-on communication with their customers. I came to this bank, not for my own personal yse, but for a family member. There weren't many people when we came mid day, but we were greeted by Alexander upon arrival and only needed to wait a few minutes to be helped.What I witnessed in that short time I was there was the staff being so kind and helpful to one another. You can tell theirs no hostility in the workplace. Every customer that arrived after us was greeted by Alexander (who it is clear is a very personal person), but they also were proud to say hello as if they were all friends. This shows that they know their customers well.He also acknowledged out birthdays when looking at OUR IDs and engaged us in conversation about our celebrations.They quickly took care of all of my family members' needs and were very thorough with taking care of everything, so we didn't have to come back. We need more people like Alexander in the world, and I will definitely be coming back here for banking needs because of this.”

“Arrived 10 minutes before the bank closing, in order to apply for my credit card! Jia Syed, Assistant Vice President provided an extraordinary customer service. The representative I spoke with was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Made me feel welcome, despite my unusual appearance. Jia patiently proceed answering all of my questions, despite past business hours. Such professionalism should always be rewarded and never to be overlooked. Not only did I got the credit card, but I received a much needed inspiration to be just as amazing when dealing with customers at my workplace.

“All the girls and guy that works at Santander Bank on Overton Pike in East Brunswick are wonderful. They're very over what they what they need to do. They help you in any way they can. They assist you in different things. Very welcoming when you go and welcome and saying goodbye and have a good day and have a good weekend. They are wonderful. They're fabulous.
