I just want to thanks Timothy for help me out setting up my daughter new IPhone for Christmas, sometimes it could be very frustrating and hard to transfer information from one phone to another one if you are not familiar with what you doing but Timothy was super friendly and helpful explaining to me step by step how everything was done ,thank you Thimothy for your outstanding and knowledgeable customer service ,hope your supervisor are aware of the service you provide in the store ?

Do not visit this scam store. It’s not a corporate location just an authorized seller. They will LIE and tell you your phones eligible for trade in promotions. When you bring your device to trade in they will tell you they made a mistake. Be aware! Store representative Aurianah J and the store manager Taqiyyah.They get paid commission so they will tell you what you want to hear.Luckily I filed a BBB complaint and heard back from AT&T corporate with a resolutionUpdate 10/23: I sent a email as a response to the store owner a few days ago requesting a call back but have yet to receive a call.

I had a issue with my phone and needed a new replacement. The young lady was alone and proceeded to help my and 4 other people while I was there. She was amazing. Translated for one customer on a ATT phone call, while setting up my new phone. All done with kindness.

Salesperson very sneaky told my wife she would be not charged for a wall charger but when look over the receipt she was charged for it ,took advantage of a lady that was in a hurry due to her job And need a phone asap so when you go to this store look over your receipt before leaving

I went there for help No one knew what they were doing. I spent 6 hours there to only end up at the one at the mall with 3 phones not working for the last 24 hours still waiting to find out why. They were so quick to take my money but not help me find a solution

My parents visited this location a few weeks back to switch phones and found Darryl to be very helpful. He was able to explain in depth the differences between their old phones and the new iphone. On top of that my parents found the experience to be friendly and informative. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

The store rep Ramon was incredibly helpful in assisting with giving us the newest phone options(what is best) and doing the initial setup during our trade in visit. If anyone is looking to get a new phone or switch to ATT, Ramon is the man for the job!

I was in your 277 Rte 18 store today purchasing a new phone and 2 watches. My salesperson was Victoria Valdez who was so knowledgeable, kind, caring and so friendly. There are no questions she could not answer. I was astounded knowing( as she told me she started in April. ). I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. The same goes for Belton Pryor, who helped out when he wasn't with his own client. He too being friendly, caring and kind. There is no reason I would not hesitate to recommend your store and your employees to anyone.I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I felt as though I've known them, as I spent a fair amount of time there. (Necessarily so).Thank you AT&T

Belton (SP?) was wonderful. My phone had given out on me and he helped me find the best solution and got me set up that day with a new phone. Worthy to note, it took us past closing time and he was extremely patient!!!!!

Saturday 3/19/22 i went in around 4:15pm. The store was empty and I was looking to upgrade my phone. We started the process with the Manager Daryl and a nice young lady whos name i didnt get. It. Took almost a 1hr and 1/2 to get my new phone activated and was told its bc the store was having issues with there setup devices. At 540pm when i finally left i didnt get 2 lights away when i the phone starts notifying me that there is no sim card or network detected. I turned around and went right back. The 2 people who helped me were gone but there was another guy there who saw me there b4 i explained the situation and said right away there was a issue with the sim card and they should call the mgr. His response is he wasnt gonna waste anyones time. Then proceeds to go get involved with another worker who has his own customer and just ignoring me telling me i will have to just wait. I have already waited over a hr and 1/2 i had my 2 children with me and my husband and now its past dinner time. I said i already waited and this was the companys oversight and i should be seen right away. He hands me my old phone that is now disconnected and the new one that is broken and tells my husband to wait until 8pm so he can fight him in the parking lot. Needless to say that didnt go well. The manager finally showed back up at 650pm and GUESS WHAT he just never bothered to put in the sim card and it turned out to be defective anyway so i needed a complete new one. The other work who the manager refused to give me his first name continued to threaten my husband even when the manager asked him to stop. I have been a customer for 18+years. NEVER have i received such service or had it take 4 hours to get a phone. I will be contacting corporate as well. The tall, heavy set, light skin , african American man was the one who wanted to fight my husband and continued to disrespect me. I had to have my brother come just to take the kids out of the situation. So disrespected and disappointed. NO ONE DESERVES treatment like that. Best part was at the end they asked to please give a good survey?!?!

I had to go and get my info from my S9 to the S22.I have gone to this store over the years when I got a new phone.I don't know how the Switch app works. All the other times I went in they hooked my phone up to a machine behind the counter. Took a few minutes. The new Switch app said it would take 45 minutes. Instead of waiting the guy in the store started it and I left with it running.Went home and waited.No problem, yet. I am still checking but so far so good.If you are using that app be sure to use a wire if you have android phone.As for the store, always quick service. Always knows what to do.They don't pressure you to buy accessories.Right on 18 south.Popeyes just before it.Was not crowded at about 2pm on a Saturday.If this helps please hit the like button.Thanx
