Wish I could give 0 stars. They drew bloodwork from my mom at Bristol Glen. She said it hurt terribly because the technician was digging around in her arm instead of just starting over in a different location when they couldn’t get the blood. In addition, when we saw my mom the next day she had a totally blood soaked pad (so soaked it leaked onto her clothing) at the puncture site. Clearly the technician was in such a hurry they didn’t apply any pressure after drawing the blood or wait to see if my mom had stopped bleeding before they left. They should know that’s totally unacceptable. My mom is not on blood thinners (thankfully) so poor technician practices is the only reason this blood soaked pad occurred. When I called the main office about things I got nothing but a run around — clearly Acculabs just doesn’t care what condition they leave patients in.

I walk in this place with no appointment. I should rate more than 5 stars if I could, my experience here last week was fantastic. I always had a hard time searching for an affiliate facilities of my insurance but the receptionist she was very nice and helpful. They told me at first they don't usually accept walk ins. The receptionist accommodated me, she get my insurance card and script she brought at their office and I just waited maybe 15 minutes Jessica the lab tech approach me and let me in at the room. Jessica is top notch, knowledgeable, courteous.

So far, I would say zero stars. My mother is a resident of The Bristal at Wayne. She has had one phlebotomist who came in at 5 AM and didn't say anything to her, just woke her by pulling back her blanket and took her blood (painfully and with black and blue for a few days following the draw) and walked out. No introduction or anything. Now we are waiting for a draw again. It was scheduled yesterday through the Bristal. The AcuLab signed into The Bristal this morning and never saw my mom. The Bristal called them and asked a phlebotomist to return today. That was about 8 hours ago. Still waiting and no update. Hope they make it before her surgery next week.

The technician was very good but the problem was that she told me that there's QR code with the results but there's none. When I called the lab they put me on a voicemail.

Look, nobody wants to stand in line for all number of hours in cold weather to get a covid test, but if you’re shortsighted like me, that’s the deal. Some people handle that better than others. Results were fast (in Four hours) and you can look up your results online - digitally as it should be.

I have been working with Aculabs for over 3 years and I love it! I have had many opportunities to grow and succeed in my position. It's a great opportunity to be apart of a growing team!

Careless driver. Speeding thru a high school parking lot with parents and kids in the lot and going thru a barricade going the wrong way down a one way.

I had my COVID testing done through Aculabs. It went super smoothly! Tiffany was able to work around my schedule and I had the results back the same day. It did not hurt a bit either. I will be going back in a few days for another test. Great working with her!

I had been conversing with Tiffany Horne for 3 weeks about coming in for a RT_PCR test. My appointment was January 18th, and I was advised to come in before noon. She asked me to call her when I arrived, and she would come out to do the test. I showed up at 8:55, called her and left a message, and sent an email stating I was there. 10 mins later, I tried to go into the building, however, could not find where to go. I then called her again, and no answer. I finally left at 9:30 without any calls or email back. AVOID this place. Not professional

Lack of communication is a big issue!! They like to blame the techs for missing blood work when it’s the lab losing it! The pay is horrible. The communication with in Aculabs is horrible along with the supervisors communicating with staff. They don’t show the employees that they appreciate the work they are doing. I would not recommend anyone to work with this company!! They have employees that you can’t understand also facilitates can’t understand.. they hire anyone!! It’s really sad how this company is I’m surprised it’s not shut down yet

If I could put zero stars, I would. Do not go here for bloodwork. The guy said apparently my arm broke the needle, which HURT, and he laughed at me for reacting, then finally got the second one to work. I couldn’t move my arm for the rest of the day without pain and it was sore for two more days.
