Website says they do windshield repair but it is false advertising. When calling to schedule an auto glass repair they try to sell you on full windshield replacement only.I've not had service done here but don't understand how they do not do half of the work advertised on their website.Replacement would be $500 more than a repair.We wanted to support a local place but it looks like only the chains uphold their services.

Customer Service was amazing, from the inquiry, to the call back. Tech showed up at the time promised and was very efficient. Price was much more reasonable than Safelite. I would highly recommend A1 Glass again. Thank you.

I called A-1 Auto Glass Professionals and spoke to George the owner. My back window on my Corolla was smashed to pieces by something that fell on the window during a stormy night on my way home. I called first thing the next morning and George had one of his specialist, Joe, come out to my home within the hour. This was Saturday morning and Joe, replace my back windshield, vacuumed the entire car to remove the broke glass with a incredibly reasonable price to add. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! I highly recommend A-1 Auto Glass Professionals!

Fast and excellent service at a good price. I needed my windshield replaced and I booked online. I received a confirmation call within minutes. They arrived within 2 hours of my original booking even with a 30 minute drive. The technician was friendly and replaced my windshield within 30 minutes of being there. Overall great experience. Price was much lower than another big name auto glass company that I also got a quote from.

I left a voicemail on Sunday after 5 pm, received a call back at 8:00 am Monday and the serviceman was here at 1145am. Professional, prompt, and thorough in vacuuming every tiny piece of glass possible. I add that their quote was the lowest I found. Very satisfied!

Came to my home and quickly replaced rear window. They cleaned up broken glass and job was completed in 40 minutes. The were very courteous and professional. Price was below competitors for on-site service. Highly recommended.

They changed my windshield at $300, after a week the crack start to appear by itself, spreading on the windshield. I;ve called in to ask if they have warranty or can waive off repair fee since it is only a few days. They said no and want to charge extra $150. The 'life-time' warranty they offer is only for leakage, feel cheated.

A-1 Did a great job. John was quick and on time. They called and said they were going to be at my house within 15 minutes. Perfect fit. Would definitely use again. Lifetime warranty on leaks.
