Their iced coffee machine is broken and it melts all of the ice in your cup when trying to use it.If you get a small cup to get more ice without having coffee splash everywhere, they overcharge you. Iced coffee should've been 1.29 on promo, I was charged 2.49 because of their broken machine because I used an extra cup to get more ice.Stay away from this seven eleven. They'll overcharge you whenever they feel like it. First few minutes, the guy was super nice, then he turned into a real scumbag on me and started getting nasty when I needed ice.My bill should've been 4.57 after tax (3 for 3 and 1.29 coffee) and I was charged 5.96. I watched as he manually overrode my iced coffee for a large hot, which costs more now because of the promo. if you're willing to lose a customer over a 2 cent cup by overcharging them $1.20 (+tax), you obviously need the money more than I do and you're a pathetic excuse for a human being.

Came to get lottery tickets and the man working had to have been the nastiest and rudest man I've ever dealt with at a 7 Eleven. Just rude and didn't even give me a chance to say what scratch offs I wanted either.

When they first open I was very pleased with their service, and their cleanliness. I even wrote a positive review on them. Lately, it appears the staff is changing as well as the cleanliness. The night employee is a very nasty man who doesn't understand anything you say and just yells at you because you don't understand his broken English. I'm pretty sure he won't be working there much longer as I am not the only one who complains about him. I will now refrain from making that my routine stop for my coffee.

There are a few 7-Elevens in our area, but this one is conveniently located with easy access entering and exiting. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
