Watch what you are charged for... The night shift guy charged me 3 times for a soda and was not showing me the receipt. Not until I forced him and demanded refund. He's a total fraud and was not at all apologetic for his shenanigans

Night staff are very very slow n lazy, I had to wait for 25 min to get my boneless wings done. This guy cheated with my boneless wings I order him 2 order of boneless wings and in one order I get 8 piece of boneless wings n this cheater 7 eleven front staff gave me 7 pieces in one order so in 2 order of boneless wings it was 2 piece missing.I asked the front staff I paid u full $3 for 8 piece of boneless wings n this guy gives me 7 piece I one order..I argued with him how come you give me 7 piece n then he says it's 8 piece, I open the box in front of him n shows him where it shows 8 piece n he said this is big piece n big is counted as 2 piece. Below is the wing's picture.Everyone can see I took the photo at 7 eleven store n showed him also that where it shows 8 piece. How come it is 8 piece bcos this guy made 7 piece in one order.. not fair.I said what. I have taken wings pictures in front of him so if I put in website then 7 eleven manager n other person don't think I went out n took out one piece n then complains about is.I shows him the this guy was serving other guy for lotto n he took soooo long. What a worst n slow service.I asked this guy for boneless wings n this night staff doesn't pay attention what I said. I told him two times I need BONELESS wings. This guy was not paying attention what i said.. my god.My god disaster disappointing services. Horrible n worst. He didn't care I was waiting n standing long. Even he has some problem listening.. Zero customer service. Won't at all recommend this location.After writing reviews in google n yelp this nights staff told me very confidently I can go n complaint to Anyone anywhere n he had so much confidence that i complaint to any head or any manager no action will be taken on him,To everyone please please check your item before leaving this store.. the night front staff is ripping off. Cannot trust. He cheats.Even this owner replies n tells me go to this website n send them details reviews on bit.ly/711reviews. When I went to this link website n it's says this URL is been blocked when there is no option to send how come they mislead customers.. there is no link to send them reviews. I had too much at this location..

???? ????????This 7-Eleven is basic enough to give such things on weekday mornings when I forget my lunch, want a different coffee, or need to grab some modest things like water. I rarely contact with the workers here because I use the 7-Eleven app to scan the items I'm buying, pay via the app, and then leave without any fuss by scanning the QR code near the entrance. I suppose you couldn't ask for a better start than that!

Ordered through the app and was given the complete wrong order tried calling several times after talking to DoorDash to atleast get the $25 refunded with no response or help. Pretty annoying how often I use it while at work and this location not being any help

Google says 24 hours. I arrived at 1130pm to see the lights on, doors locked and employee sleeping in his car. This isn't the first time this has happened.

Heads Up Late Nite Shoppers -This place is not 24 hours as it says on Google. Every night they lock the doors with chains. The store doesn’t post their hours of operation because they should be open 24/7 but are not. Sad they keep saying that their 24 hours but not living up to those hours. And there post online says that they are closed between 12-5 everyday for enhanced cleaning…no ones inside but their cleaning to keep you safe…?
