my car is never done they gave a date that my car was going to be ready and they have switched it up like 3 times already and making me loose working hours ? I dont recommend this place

We used Son's Collison because it was a Geico repair center. The manager Tom was great and the work was efficient, well done and he was easy to work with.

Poor communication. After making a point to emphasize that they call me on my cell, because I am the one who drives the car even though it’s in my husband’s name. They instead called my husband on his cell to pick up the car. Apparently what I said, went in one ear and out the other. My husband was in meetings all day, and I did not receive the message to pick up the car until late Friday evening. He almost didn’t give it to me because it went to spam. What this meant that I had to keep the car for the weekend and pay the fees for two extra days, even though my car was ready on the previous Friday.The exterior of my car was washed, but the interior floor mats were left filthy, with a paper sheet across them saying that the car had been cleaned. Was that supposed to be a joke? Not funny.

so sad about my experience at this shop I have to take my car to another shop after a month they kept mine and work wasn't complete and back seats dirty, they never kept me updated I went to the shop and the lady I felt she didn't liked it that I went to ask about my car, so I called the insurance and insurance was calling them to keep me updated..... sad and frustrated when you hit a deer in a highway 60 MPH could be worse my accident....

I chose to have my car repaired here through my car insurance company. To be honest, their work on my car was a little sloppy and just okay. I could see that my front replacement bumper and chrome molding weren’t aligned or put on evenly. The left side of the molding is pushed in while the right side is out where it’s supposed to sit. The bumper aligns perfectly on the left side but the right side shows it wasn’t placed evenly because it sticks out.Furthermore, they didn’t inform me that my car wouldn’t be ready on the estimated pick up day according to their website - I had to call them because Enterprise wouldn’t stop bothering me about my rental car (which needed to be dropped off at Son’s Collision the day of pick up). Even when I called on the estimated pick up day, they didn’t even tell me when the part they needed would arrive or give me an idea of when my car will be done and they said Enterprise was supposed to call them (not me, the customer) for my car’s updated estimated pick up date. I had to call the shop following day in order for the date to be changed.Lack of communication. Okay auto bodywork. Not the greatest experience.

Son's Collision had done a spectacular job on my Lexus, I did not even recognize my car when I picked it up. I will always go back to them and I will recommend my friends, family and neighbors to use Son's Collision.

I used Sons because it was a verified Geico shop and it would ensure I got my car back quickly and with warranty. They did not disappoint and my car came back looking better than before. Had to use their services as my insurance company forced me to get the job done through them, if you have. A luxury vehicle like a Range Rover, Bmw or any other brand , do not use them , i repeat do not use their services at all. Did not even complete the job and more over caused more issues than they fixed ,my boot sensors do not work, my blind side alerts were shut, the car is making different noises, power steering is not working. These people could handle Honda, Toyota or Hyundai but def not a Range Rover.
