We were a walk in looking for help. She was busy and took the time and helped us plan the best wedding arrangements. She also helped us avoid pitfalls and first time mistakes.
Edit! The wedding was great, she showed up! The flowers of course!

Wow! Today I ordered a bouquet, balloon, stuffed animal, and chocolates for my young niece who is recovering from a major injury. I couldn’t be happier with everything that was delivered! I ordered online this morning and everything arrived very soon after. A lot of care and attention was put into everything and the rainbow “feel better soon” balloon helped to put a huge smile on her face. I would highly recommend this florist!

Yesterday was my first time visiting Ponti's, it was my anniversary and I was running out of time as I noticed they close at 5:30. I reached out to Karen and told her I would be there in less than 10 min as it was 5:18 at the time. By the time I got there she had an amazing bouquet put together, I didn't leave until after the closing time and she was more than happy to give her services. My wife loves the flowers and I will forever be a Ponti's customer. Thank you so much Ponti's Petals!

Thank you Ponti's Petals! Lately I have been so discouraged with flower arrangements. But the funeral spray that you created for my sister in law was so beautiful, it truly touched me. Thank you for showing such pride in your profession. I will always try to choose your store for my flowers.

I personally don't care too much for flowers nor do I know anything about flowers, however when I am in need, Kathy and her daughter are extremely helpful and patient with me. They provide quality and caring customer service. I highly recommend

I ordered a last minute arrangement for my sister and the owner was very accommodating, listened to what I was looking for and made a beautiful arrangement! There were issues with the delivery but they were patient with me and managed to deliver it after contacting the recipient. Will definitely use them again for any of my arrangement needs :)

I used Pontis Petals for my wedding in July 2023, and i couldn’t be happier with how my flowers turned out! The owner is very friendly and will work with you. I would deff recommend them for your flower needs!

Kathy, the owner of Ponti's Petals prepared a wonderful last minute Rose presentation spread for me. I needed the flowers on a Sunday, a day in which the shop was closed however she made it work! She went above and beyond! I would definitely use Ponti's Petals again in the future.

I wanted to send flowers to my family after my brother in law and his wife recently passed. I was not able to attend the service (I'm in California). I called and spoke to Kathy Ponti because I wanted to be sure that what I asked for would be designed by someone who would make it personal. She was absolutely fantastic, she heard my ideas and thoughts & she designed the most beautiful arrangement for me, and made sure it was delivered to the funeral home for the service. It was important to me that this was not going to be "an FTD arrangement with no character". Kathy did a lovely job. I am so grateful for her kindness. Here are the flowers she did for me! Spectacular! Thank you so much.

Karen did a fantastic job in her Mother's absence. She made a beautiful casket top arrangement with white roses, a basket of plants, as well as an individual arrangement, more beautiful than requested. Thank you for your special individualized service during our sorrowful time. I recommend this florist!

Got to their lovely store a half hour before closing on a Saturday to order arrangements for my father-in-law's funeral. Karen worked with us and was very acommodating. We ordered 4 pieces and they were all absolutely beautiful, received lots of compliments on them. Another plus was that the prices were better than multiple on-line options I looked at. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again. This will be our new go-to florist.
