“Switched to this pharmacy because I hated the multi-step, impersonal, tedious, process of refilling my medication every refill with chains like CVS and Walgreens. It used to be a HEADACHE filling every month with Walgreens putting me on long holds, refusing to or taking forever to contact my doctors office, etc. But with this pharmacy, they really go the extra mile to get me my meds the same day when a chain would take 3-5 days. But I guess that’s just one of the pros to going to a mom and pops. No shade to chain pharmacies, because im sure they’re understaffed, overworked, or whatever the case may be. But thats why independent pharmacies like Stelton are an amazing alternative.”

In fact I was presented with a pretty high copay on a medication at a retail pharmacy but were out of the medication anyway ?when I went to “My Pharmacy on Stelton Rd. In Piscataway…not only did they HAVE the medicine but they got me down to a ZERO copay without even asking them to do so!!!On another note…they’re personable enough to deliver to your house without you asking…but knowing by the medications filled..that perhaps you may be too sick to come out of the house!!! At NO cost to boot!!! Help local businesses like “MY PHARMACY” stay in business..big retailers don’t KNOW who you are and they don’t look to do what’s best for you or your pocket!!!! “I've been a customer of Medlife Pharmacy for just over 10 years, since shortly after Raj opened his pharmacy, and he and his staff have consistently delivered great customer care through the years. Raj has worked closely with my doctor's office to arrange for timely receipt of my prescriptions and has also had them delivered to my home, sometimes even doing so himself, when I couldn't pick them up myself. Raj and his staff--Matt, Andrew, Bonnie, Lakshmi, Carlos, Callie, Sri, and others I might not be remembering at the moment--have always been pleasant and very helpful over the years. I'm grateful for their consistently excellent customer care--and it is "customer CARE", not customer service--from all of them, and I know I can rely on it.”

“The line to get scanned on the way out drives me nuts. Also, sometimes they want to see a Sam's club card before letting you in... You can't buy anything and leave if you don't have a membership so it's a waste of time and also personnel. These costs add up and contribute to the costs of our goods. Perhaps they should have whole store monitoring via overhead cameras and track everything you put in or take out of your cart. Cut out the time wasting.
Edit: They seem to have gotten faster at the security check”
