Service is consistent. They always have all the new flavors of redbull, and that's my favorite. If you need to stop in the should have what your looking for. Clean.

The worst service by a pharmacy I ever had. The pharmacist claimed she was out out stock of the medication I needed after two of her co-workers checked the computer and said they had it. After waiting for 20 minutes I was told I would have to go to another CVS to fill the script because they didn't have enough. She also printed out another script that I was given for the next pharmacy fill not the one my doctor gave me, why would you do that?This is not just going away, I have every intention to get this matter resolved. This is my neighborhood pharmacy I shouldn't have go out of my way because of a disgruntled employee. Sincerely

The pharmacy (NOT the store staff) was incredibly rude to my pregnant wife... we had a snafu with our insurance (insurance company's fault) and the guy at the counter snickered and laughed as if my wife was crazy and didn't have insurance... my pregnant wife needed her medication and she offered to pay full price ($200-$300, because she knows she can get reimbursed by our insurance later) and the guy at the pharmacy counter laughed and said "tough luck call your insurance" and slammed closed the pharmacy divider wall thing... he just didn't want to stay a little longer past closing to fulfill the RxOne more time, I want to repeat that this is about the pharmacy staff and NOT the CVS floor staff, who are the best and always very helpful and friendly

WOW THIS PLACE US HORRIBLE. Drive thru is closed. They rarely have the medication in stock. Some medication is popular and they cannot get it. Then, they do not tell you unless you go inside, wait in line and talk to the pharmacist or tech. IT TAKES THEM MORE THAN AN HOUR TO ANSWER THE PHONE if they do not "accidentally " hang up on you. PEOPLE ARE SICK AND DYING AND THIS SO CALLED "Health hub" cannot do anything in a correct way. THEY SHOULD BE SUED.

Disgraceful. My medicine was not in stock they sent me to another pharmacy. I had no problem with that. They did not release the rx the pharmacist at the other Cvs called. She was extremely helpful in Plainfield for 1 hour 18 minutes they did not answer the phone. I had to call another doctor to reorder it. It was late I was hungry having worked all say. Answer the phone from another pharmacy or release the script like you said I d give zero stars but no option

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because of the head pharmacists jack , otherwise this place really is in the negative star amount ! Jack truly tries to do what he can to make things right , and get your medication! I have been using this CVS for many years Usually I try to only deal with Jack, but he is nor always there ! Unfortunately , over the past few weeks the pharmacist Mike has been in charge, when jack is not working I have never dealt with such a rude , nasty , and unprofessional person in the medical field as Mike I have been without one of my medications for 5 days , and another for almost two weeks I am an asthmatic , and also suffer from other acute illness It does not take a professional to know an asthmatic with an URI should NOT be without their medication, or anyone suffering from Acute pain ! My pulmonaligists originally prescribed 3 medications, one being a cough medicine Mike took it upon himself to over ride my doctors order and VOID my prescription because he did such a thing ,This has caused my illness to become worse To get a new prescription I have had to run around and jump through hoops Mike once again did the unthinkable and voided 2 of my prescriptions Contrary to what Mike thinks no medications from pain management or a cancer doctor can just be voided My doctor even tried having a conversation with him , that went no where He was nasty, rude , and unprofessional towards my doctor This is something I take personal and should not be overlooked by CVS Apparently in February CVS got audited from the DEA , and are now being watched for their mistakes What they don't realize is how patients , and customers are being severely impacted because they are under fire 2 weeks later , even after following Mikes "ORDERS " , with my doctor on the line telling him there's medications need to be filled , he ignored my doctors request and once again refused to fill my medications and voiced them Without the permission of my doctor ! Contrary to what he thinks , a pharmacists has many legal obligations and one being treating customers fairly His abrupt and unprofessional attitude will not be tolerated by me , nor my physician Best Advice I can give is STAY AWAY, unless you want to spend weeks running to doctor after doctor co pay after co pay , just to have Mike, the pharmacists VOID your prescriptions even when he has your doctor on the line telling him the medications need to be filled Their neglect also has now caused me complications with my insurance as well If you want a pharmacy you can trust and actually get your medications as long as Mike is still their , it won't happen ! Do yourself a favor a find a smell local Pharmacy !!
