When calling a prescription, pharmacist keep you waiting on the phone until you give up. Was on the phone for 20 min, only for pharmacist Tony to hang up on me saying "he does not hear me" when signal on phone is perfectly fine. I had to call again, and experience that long wait. Very frustrating experience as a medical provider.

Short kid about in highschool with curly long hair very nice kid,polite,respectful and very patient. Love to see that. I think his name was Anderson but not totally sure.

The pharmacy at Walgreens in dumont is awful it never has the important prescriptions you need. Three weeks for a life saving medication,on hold for eight minutes. Don't waist your time in any of these walgreen stores. It was never like this before,what happened?

This location is unfortunately inconvenient if you have a prescription for a contagious illness and no one healthy who can pick it up for you. All options for delivery gave me errors and couldn't be accessed from multiple browsers and devices. There is no drive thru or curbside services at this location. An employee told me I should just come in and get the meds myself (with covid) if I had to.If there is a next time for this specific situation, I will be going to and recommend the CVS on Madison ave instead because at least they can serve me through the pneumatic system in their drive thru which would make me feel a little more comfortable.

Tall, old guy w/ glasses at the counter (Steven) definitely does not want to be there and is more than happy to take it out on you. Rude, irritable and slower than molasses.

If the person at the cash register is poor your experience is bad. 2 bad experiences with 2 different young men. The training must be poor, for example one guy made a mistake with your change and I have to go back for $5.00 at least say your sorry not give a look like you want to throw the money at me. Other guy that was helping me with Fed Ex didn't want to help tape my package and also was rude, CVS is very close so no problem for me to change but I won't recommend Walgreens of Dumont to anyone.

None of the 3 photo systems are working although I called and asked before I made a visit. Employees state that they wouldn't have idea when the photo system would work or not and they are suggested to go other Walgreens to get photo services. I had to reschedule with the place where my photo was needed. Wasted my time.
