“What a wonderful experience it was spending time in this shop. The place is gorgeous, the owner is an awesome guy, and I got tons of cools clothes and a guitar out of the visit. Out of all the vintage shops I've been to lately, I've never had such a personal visit like this one. The owner took me and my girlfriend on a spree of trying on different items that he hand selected for us after discussing our styles and preferences. Then, he gave us free reign to dig through items in the back, ourselves. On top of this, we got two bags worth of clothes and a guitar I wasn't even expecting to be able to afford for a wonderful value. Thanks so much for the positive experience, Ken. “Very cool store with tons of vintage gems. The layout of the store is super nice and comfy. I always enjoying looking at everything even if I don't buy anything when I go. They have decent sales prices aswell. The owners are always super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend going if you enjoy vintage items!!”
“This place is a total gem! Really great selection, with what I believe are fair prices for items. I got Athleta dress pants NWT, Lilly Pulitzer sundresses and a cardigan NWT, NYDJ jeans, Theory vest, CeCe dress--just to name a few of the items I bought. The store was clean and organized. There was a large selection of women and children's items. It seemed that a lot of the customers who came in are regulars and know the owner, which was really nice to see. There are fitting rooms where you can try on the items. The shop accepts Venmo which was super convenient for me. I definitely will be returning to the store.”

“Hollywood Heros has two things going for it. 1) An amazing, incredible selection of toys, new and vintage. 2) The nicest owners possible. My 12 y.o. son is a huge Star Wars collector, and he discovered HH on Yelp about. year ago. We've gone maybe a dozen times now even though it's an hour round trip. We often find rare and impossible to get items here and if it's not on the shelves, it's probably in their basement, so just ask. We became friendly with Jordan and Val on our trips there, and Jordan has been especially gracious. He always has time to talk, answer questions, and be friendly. Even when we come to just window shop, we still have great talks. Recently my son was looking for an ARC-170 gunship, and Jordan and Val had just gotten one in that had missing parts, and they gave it to my son as a thank you for being a loyal customer. It made my son's month. The store is a block from the central shopping district, so when we go we get bagels or Korean chicken and make a day out of it, or go the few blocks to Trader Joes. I know a Trader Joes isn't a selling point for a store specifically, but as a parent of someone who loves shopping here it's nice to have a cute town that can be part of the experience.”

He is a professional at what he does. He is a hard worker, he treats the staff nicely and his customer service is impeccable. “Love the atmosphere! One of the most unique places I've visited. The items are one of a kind. So... I made an appointment, came in greeted and was shown around, 9 was looking for a handbag gift for my mom. The store had a great selection, got a few recommendations from the owner and ended up purchasing a Chanel classic flap bag. I recommend checking this place!”
