I really enjoyed this boxing class! It was intense and definitely felt the workout the next day haha but worth it! Trying to tone up before the summer then I recommend this!! ??????

I can’t recommend Square Circle enough! I was nervous to start because I’ve never done anything like this, but Abby made me so comfortable and showed me it’s not intimidating. My favorite local boxing place. My favorite part is when he turns the abs workout into a disco party! He makes you feel good as a beginners and he actually helps you with your technique.
