I'm a customer for 20 years before Radu, the previous , sold shop. Went today , had a problem with glove compartment closing . Saw Josh and his partner. They stopped what they were doing, and within 15 minutes , it's was fixed ! Asked what I owed and they would not take a penny, not even a tip! Will be a customer here as well for the next 20 years plus. Thanks so much, Larry

If we could give 20 stars, we would! Fair to all people, ignore the other customer reviews that are negative, those are from people who refused to pay for their services. RADU IS THE BEST IN BERGEN COUNTY!!!!!!!!!!!!

The windshield Weatherstripping on my Kia Optima had come loose and would flap in the wind on the driver's side. I found out that going to a Kia dealership could cost a pretty penny. I came to Hi-Line Auto Body to have it evaluated and fixed. Radu was welcoming. Radu used some glue and pressed the weatherstripping back into its groove and covered part of it with some tape and it was fixed and he did not charge me a cent for this. Radu likes to help people.

I went to Hi Line to Hi Line to get an estimate to fix my car door that has a dent and some scratches and Radu gave me an estimate that i don't think he would have given me had i been a male or had a male with me. Ladies when you go to Autobody places take a male with you. I feel like men take advsntage of females when they go to these places alone. I am a female who do my research and famaliarize myself with cars and what is reasonable to pay when you need work done on your vehicle....and i also get answers from male friends.

I was a little worried based on some of the reviews, but was recommended to Hi-Line from a local business. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Hi-Line Auto Body. Radu was very kind and patient explaining what exactly needed to be done to my vehicle and the options and costs of each. He was always very respectful and kind and his work was great. I would use his company again for any future autobody needs.

Radu and his team are the best around, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Not only do they do impeccable work at Hi-Line Autobody, they treat you like family. My Ford Escape needed a new rear door along with a few other things after being hit by a truck… a week later it looks brand new! Reasonable, respectable, and reliable. Thank you for a terrific experience!

While others told me to replace the door panel, Radu was able to repair it at half the cost and it looks like new.
