Amazing mani pedis and lovely service Thank you!
Requested style: My daughter wanted gel x and they reviewed photos and her ideal length so patiently. The result is better than the photos and she’s thrilled. My mother in law & neice got regular polish mani/pedis and I got a gel mani & regular pedi. All look spectacular and we all felt pampered & luxurious while there. Thank you!

So I scheduled an appointment for a $50 special gel manicure and $75 spa pedicure that includes a 20 minute massage. As Wendy starts the massage part of the pedicure I asked her to apply more pressure, she tells me her hands hurt. So I felt embarrassed that I even had the nerve to ask her for more pressure although I am paying $75 for a pedicure, but also sympathic towards her and said "ok." About 3 minutes of her massaging my right foot, she tells to relax my foot because it's hurting her hands. So now I am concerned for her thinking maybe she injured her hands previously, or business is that good (thank God) that she has been giving $75 pedicures all day long. I asked her if she had injured her hands and she said "NO, it's just that I don't like giving 20 minute massages." Wendy was extremely rude and unproffessional in making me feel bad about wanting a $75 pedicure a service that they offer instead of a $27 pedicure. And got mad at me for asking her in english not in spanish as to why she doesn't like giving 20 minute massages when it is on the board of services to choose from.
She did not want the other clients to know that she does not like giving massages. Worst of all, the owner who was sitting right there and said nothing.

I’m really disappointed they have one price on the wall and then they tell you another price I never see a regular gel manicure and really bad job for $55 not including tip i ask before she star working on my hand and said $38 and then jump to $ 55 be serious with the price watch out that doesn’t happen to u

Run Away!! I really wanted like this place, I asked for a powder manicure on the short side. This woman butchered my nails and I have cuts all over both hands. She could see I was not happy about this and she didn’t care.

Pretty bad experience! I asked if they could do a design before i started my nails and they agreed. They start taking off my previous gel and file my nails paper thin, remove my cuticles so much that 2 of my fingers were bleeding when i left. They start finishing up my nails without any design, which was agreed upon before i even started. I left as is just because i was so upset about the job that was done and to top it off, my nail starts cracking within hours of me leaving the salon! Definitely would not recommend!

DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! I'm visiting from out of town and came in with SNS dip that has lasted me a month and a half! I got my nails done on Saturday 6/25 and within a day the dip was breaking. The color was uneven and patchy AND I got cuts on 4 fingers. I was so disappointed looking at my nails yesterday Monday 6/27 and decided to walk in and ask for a refund AND show them how my nails looked. The owner refused to give me a refund and said the color looked uneven because "it's a light color". She only offered to re-do the nails where the SNS was cracking. I came in this morning 6/28 and asked to simply get this dip removed because I clearly do not trust them to do my nails, don't want more cuts, and I'm not happy with the service I paid $55 for. I again asked for a refund and she refused, I got yelled at by another employee for not calling on Sunday instead of Monday and was told the SNS breaking was my fault that I was probably "working". I showed her my license to prove that I am literally on vacation, not doing any hard "work" with my nails and this is a result of a job not done well. I walked out very disappointed and frustrated, with bare nails and $55 down the drain. My advice, avoid this place.
