I came to this salon for my UV gel fill-in, and I received horrible service. Although the nails themselves may look good from a quick glance, my fingers were in searing pain even hours after they were done. The woman who did my nails cut into my cuticles so deeply that multiple fingers were bleeding. She also then proceeded to douse these bleeding fingers into alcohol numerous times, EVEN WHEN I ASKED HER NOT TO, which worsened the pain even more. She was very rude when I spoke up for myself. I won't be coming here again, because I don't think anyone should be walking out of a nail salon in so much pain!

I used to change nail salons every month for one reason or another. It’s the one thing I do for myself and everywhere I went it was always something and I had to switch until I found Best Nails two years ago. I can’t say enough good things. I have had almost every nail tech do my nails and they are perfect (to me) I love the crystals and in today’s world their prices are competitive and can last me about 5 weeks!

Got a gift certificate for my daughter. Turned out to be the best present she got all year. She said the service was the best she ever got at any nail salon.

Avoid this place at all costs. They took advantage of my grandmother with dementia and somehow charged her $180 for mani and pedi before tip! Despicable.

Too many bad experiences.I was charged $65 for a $50 fill in and told the extra was for "repairs".No repairs were done to any of my nails that day.On top of it, my nails are also all uneven lengths. I was charged for a back massage that I didn't ask for and didn't want.I paid for it and tipped,but the lady who did it came across the salon on my way out and demanded a larger tip.I'm feeling scammed by this place.

This Nail Place is amazing. Very accommodating, clean and has good quality products. I went to different girls to have my pedicure done and have no complaints about any of them.

Had my nails done-Powdered Gel today and the owner did them. She charged me $50 rather than $45 that it says and then had the nerve to say “Where’s my tip”? Not going there again! ugh!

I did my nails this past Friday and the next day one nail came off. Multiple nails were already loose and about to come off. Since this business is closed on Sunday I couldn't even come back to fix it. This is such ashame that this was my first time coming here and this is the experience I received. I tend to give new businesses a chance and when I saw good reviews I decided to give this nail place a chance. BAD MISTAKE ON MY PART. I do NOT recommend this business to anyone looking to have long lasting nails, I never has the type of service where I pay $70 and the next day it's ruined like I am so upset I wasted my money on this business and honestly I will never go back and wanted to share my experience with the world. Horrible job. You lost out on a high paying consistent customer. Have a good week.
