Bath Fitter visited our home on August 14, 2024, the Consultant was polite, everything went well and the contract signed with a down payment of $4,000 (more than their required amount). On Aug. 16th, Bath Fitter emailed us a Change Order, a change to include a wall extension. Apparently, the need for this change was not observed during consultation. Anyway, I did not like the change, and canceled the contract the same day, 8/16/2024. Overall, it is now 8/30/2024 and I have not yet received my refund of $4,000 (down payment), and it is very difficult to get a Representative on the phone.

Bath Fitter did out bathroom about two years ago and we are having issues with them since. The sales rep lied telling us that he would give us a bunch of courtesy accessories, which never happened.
When they come to install, they brought the wrong shower door which we let go as we were fine with that. The installer change our sink and change the pipes which caused a big issue. For some reason, it was not included on their work order so we had to fix it ourselves. The shower had felt and broke twice.
First time they came and fixed, second time, we are here waiting for it to be fixed for almost 3 weeks and nothing. They sent a guy with the wrong part as if they don't know what we have installed.
Also, the customer service is HORRIBLE, I got yelled and ignored for just trying to get them to fix their horrible job. You need to be MAD to hire their services.
User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

I used them six years ago in my downstairs bathroom. I was so happy with the product and their work that I just had them do my 2nd floor bathroom. Very happy how both turned out. Some may consider it a bit expensive, but its a lot cheaper then remodeling your entire bathroom. Each was completed in one day.

They are amazing. In four hours, the old, ugly tub was replaced with a beautiful, new tub covering. Gone was the ugly thing we had been living with. Now I feel like I'm in an expensive hotel. And the installer was great! And the floor of the tub is constructed so you don't slip in the shower. PERFECTION!

I’ve just called to have the moldy caulk redone in our bathroom. The technician that was here last year specifically said we needed to call the company to do it because it has led to bubbling and a leak in our ceiling and that they have to come and service it because of the guarantee. The service person told me to use a mold killer (which I’ve now done over and over and told the representative) but said the tech could come out and do it for $125. Yet, if I recaulk it myself, and the fitter needs to be serviced they would redo it. I’ve either received a very helpful customer service agent or an unhelpful one like I did today. It’s too inconsistent and honestly not worth the money in my opinion.

I had a similar experience with the sales representative as Samantha Rooney below. In addition, the rep took incorrect measurements and ordered the wrong tub. We only found out on the installation date that it wouldn't fit our tub and it was the wrong design! Another rep had to come to remeasure and I am still waiting to hear back on an install date after having ordered the tub in mid-June.

About 5 years ago Bath Fitter installed new tile and tub. My wife and I were very pleased with their product and their workmanship.Now I needed my tub area re caulked. Their technician, Daniel, was excellent. He took out all the old caulking, cleaned the area and put new caulking in. Our tile and tub area now looks brand new. And this service is free.
