“This place is terrific! I took my car to Hi-Line a couple of years ago before the new owners took over and they were fabulous- they advised that for my windshield I should get a price quote from Safelight because they said it would be cheaper, and they saved me money at their own expense, which is truly the pinnacle of CUSTOMER service. When I found out that they had new owners I was disappointed because it is so hard to find really honest mechanics/repair shops like Hi-line. Well I am so happy to say that the new owners and the new staff are just as terrific!!! Josh is so pleasant to deal with, super knowledgable and yes, HONEST. They did a great job on my car and saved me a bunch of money compared to quotes I got elsewhere. Josh also made sure that it got done in a timely fashion. I will absolutely be using this shop any time my car needs body work! I highly recommend!!!!”
