All facilities look very well taken care of. Apartment units are furnished with modern appliances and the building as well as the apartment units are full of smart features like being able to open doors and check intercoms through your phone, reporting appartement issues to the maintenance staff through an app, thermostats for every room and the list goes on.There is in building parking with electric chargers, fios, optimun and other internet providers and they are looking to add retail spaces to the buildings.All the staff seemed friendly and welcoming, and they seem to care about being able to create a community and help residents connect with each other. It's a beautiful building with great amenities and beautiful views.”

The office manager Lea has addressed any issues me and my husband have ever had regarding the apartment, cannot complain, we have called the super Sokol on several occasions to fix things in the apartment and he has literally been there within 30 minutes. He's awesome and super friendly! Even during bad weather, the building is always taken care of with the snow being removed before I even get in my garage and leave to work.”

“After the recent earthquake, my bathroom door needed to be repaired. The super, Gilberto, did a great job! When I returned home later in the day, the door was completely fixed and there was no sign of any activity....the work and cleanup were well above my expectations!”

“Renewing our lease with Metro Meridia for the 3rd year. So far we have enjoyed living here. Maintenance requests have been attended to and issues get fixed right away.
The only drawback we have is our apartment is above the gym, and tenants who workout are sometimes not mindful with the loud sound created when weights are dropped on the floor. It keeps us awake late at night or awakens us too early in the morning.
Some tenants do not clean after their pets that urine and feces are left at the stairwell, and left for the cleaning staff to clean.
Overall, our experience with the MetroMeridia has been great, despite the very slow elevators. Communications to tenants have been timely.”

Having moved from a house, it's also great having our own storage space in the garage.The high ceilings and almost floor to ceiling windows bring in a tremendous amount of light so it's always bright and cheery even on cloudy days.The proximity to all kinds of shopping and restaurants is tremendously convenient. We are just delighted that we made this move.”
