Always happy to use this Branch for excellent banking experience. Jessica and Maggie are the best! The Succasunna Branch on Route 10 needs training lessons on how to treat customers.

I usually don't have a problem at this location, but I was just a little annoyed with the way I was treated today. I went to the drive thru and 2 different women came by to apologize because I guess there was a bit of a line in the lobby. Ok no issue with that. When somebody did come back the lady didn't even ask how I wanted my withdrawal. They were about to just give me the money before I had to stop her and let her know I needed 10 $50 bills. So of course I had to wait again for that. It just felt like they were rushing me after I waited at least 10 minutes to get anybody to help me from the beginning. Perhaps it's time to change banks...

Let me start off by saying that Javier Acevedo is a huge asset to Valley National Bank in Dover, NJ. He was extremely patient, honest and quick to resolve the issues I had. He was especially great, given I wasn't his original responsibility.Now, Jessica Wilson on the other hand, was extremely unhelpful, non responsive, and unprofessional. She never bothered responding to a majority of my emails/ questions or phone calls. The lack of skillfulness and the abundance of incompetence is an understatement for her just not doing her job.

First person in line ...over fifteen minutes to have them tell me they are too busy and I have to wait ...to make a deposit?? No wonder thing are automated ...what’s even the point ...keep up the great job ...valley..is that why you changed the name the rest of it was too hard ...is there a zero for customer service ..and everytine i am there ..asi much for lunch break ..and never got to deposit what I needed ...uggggh

I've had only positive experiences at this branch. Very nice, qualified staff.
