Oh My GOSH!!!! I have never heard anything like this before. I read the reviews was scared to even call but I called anyway and it was even scarier in person to think that this is a corportate "government" entity. VICTOR literally told me he can't talk to me because he has something els to do because he is the only one working but to call back when his colleage got it? Its 2:02pm when is the colleage going to get in? NO professionalism. NO customer service. NO anything. I cannot even compare this to anything I have ever experienced before!!!! This is Awfulllll!!! Please Please USPS look into this!

Only one person which is Vito working and the line is longgggg (out the door long) This is ridiculous!!! There is no way he should be doing passports and taking regular customers at the same time knowing that passports takes a while!!! I liked this post office at one point (never AGAIN)

These three starts are for the service from Vito and Nafissa. However if it wasn’t for these two employees I would avoid this place at al cost. It is so frustrating going to this place! Clearly they need a new post master because in my 35 years of living I have never heard of a post office being out of money orders. That’s like letting money walk right out of your place of business when you have to tell a customer you don’t have money orders ! Today I witnessed Diana(who by the way has the worst customer service skills)turn a customer away who needed a money order. I asked Vito if they had any and he was able to assist me as a customer and made the post office some money. Diana tried to justify what she just did to a customer in front of a line of other customers, and told Vito like he needs to check something else. This place is a mess and if not for Vito and Nafissa I would drive further out not to go here. On top of all this no parking. Please do something about whom ever is in charge of ordering money orders because guess what, they don’t know what Revenue means!

Can someone from usps management take a closer look to all these negative reviews and go something? We just had a very bad experience with the person handling passport applications - twice. We will file an official complaint but I am afraid that nothing will be done. Obviously will be using a different post office.

Had a appoitment at 2:45 got there at 2:15 to be early and the person at the desk showed up at 3:12 i told her that the appoitment was at 2:45 she laughed and told me she was at lunch ....oh well .i guess the dont respect appoitments.
