Crash Champions took care of my car that had been rear ended and made it look better than before. The damaged area looked as though it had never been in an accident and they even took the time to wash and detail my car for pickup. Every interaction I had with staff was a positive one. If I am ever involved in an accident again I would make sure to come here. Thank you again for your excellent work!

Had a repair done recently and picked.up today. They are.amazing. Michele and Angeline are.amaz8ng and went out of their way to help and answer my questions. Manager came out on.pickup to make sure everything was okay. I was really.imprssed with that.Very rarely do businesses do that

I brought my Chevy Equinox to Crash Champions in Dover for body repairs. I was hit by a Progressive customer and this was one of their recommended facilities. To say that I was satisfied with my experience would be a huge understatement! Angelina was the first person I met at the reception desk.She was so nice and helpful and Crash Champions couldn't have picked a better person to represent them! Michelle estimated the repair costs and was very professional and helpful. I was kept in the loop every step of the process. The repairs were perfect and completed very quickly! I was also given a lifetime warranty on these repairs and Ken told me if I saw anything at all that I wasn't happy with, even days later, to bring my car in and they would take care of it. Overall, I was blown away by my experience there and would highly recommend them!!
