Payless is a very honest shop with fair prices.Both owners were so pleasant to deal with, and quickly got my parts for me at an affordable price. They ended up saving me a ton of money, as the shop my car was in was charging an exorbitant amount for an alternator and battery.Highly recommend checking them out if you are in need of any auto parts!

Love the staff, love the prices. I priced my brakes and rotors against R***auto.com, and They were the same cost as the internet site with delivery. So technically you are paying the same. Had an issue with one of the brake pads and was instantly taken care of.

My mechanic is just next door to this store Recently I bought a front wheel bearing with hub and they overcharged me I showed them the price of the same items available on line at nearly half price but they didn't want to match the price nor regret for overpricing. My personal advice to fellow customers that always check online before buying with these people

Payless is Painless. Really solid Auto parts store here in Dover for foreign or domestic cars. You'll find a very knowledgeable and helpful staff here. This place is definitely one of the better parts store around and unlike the other chain stores Payless actually helps you to get what you need to keep your vehicle running. I find that the local A.Z. store is lacking and couldn't or wouldn't be able to help me locate even the simplest of Auto parts. This is not the case here at Payless. Street parking is difficult but they do provide their own parking lot to the left of the store. They are open 6 days a week.

Used to work here, they can usually get parts same day unlike the big chain stores.
