I was having trouble finding a replacement part for an older shower faucet and didn't have time to wait for it to be shipped from an online retailer. PJ's had the parts I needed. The staff was friendly, and careful to make sure I got the right thing. I will definitely come back for the next project.

sent these guys pictures of a job in my house. They gave me a price and we made an appt. My husband took off today to meet them at the house. Dan gets there and says he "thought" the pipe was 1/2" but its 3/4" and he doesn't have what he needs with him. He has to come back another day. I call into his office and see if they can have him come back later today so my husband doesn't have to take off ANOTHER day. The guy I speak with seems sympathetic, but later calls me back and tells me he cannot come back today and now he doesn't want to do the job at all. As if I have done something wrong. what a circus act these guys are.I asked to speak to the owner and he told me he was "at lunch" but didn't offer to take my number to have him call me back, showing they 100% do not care about making things right with the customer.Do yourself a favor...call a real plumber for your plumbing job. Get an expert, not just a guy who works in a plumbing supply store.
