It's exactly how a store network of employees should be, and for that I totally appreciate this place especially given the current understaffing conditions that they find themselves in these days. “My front yard landscaping was recently redesigned and landscaped by Erik, the lead designer at Country Mile Gardens. Erik was fantastic to work with – he was extremely knowledgeable about what plants would work best in a very sunny area, gave me a preview of all the plants in his design at the center prior to installation, and thoroughly answered every question throughout the process. The team that did the installation was very professional and Erik personally oversaw the entire installation start to finish. Upon completion of the project, Erik walked me through how to care for all the plants post installation. We could not be more pleased with the process and results and highly recommend Erik and Country Mile Gardens.”

“Giving this Home Depot a 5 star review specifically for the amazing customer service I received. I ordered a vanity online and then a few weeks later saw that it was 40% off ($600 difference from what I paid). My husband and I came to the store to see if they would match the price without us having to bring the vanity back, because I am pregnant and the vanity was very heavy to move. We went over to the returns area and the nicest woman helped us, I unfortunately cannot remember her name but I will make sure to get it on my next trip back and add it on to this review. Because the request was a little confusing, she called a manager over who wouldn't give us the time of day and basically said since we ordered it online that we had to call Home Depot online customer service and figure it out on our own. The woman who ended up helping us made the call for us and waited on the phone for about 15 mins and ended up explaining the situation and got us the $600 back without us having to bring the vanity back. She is amazing and deserves a big fat raise”
