The worst! Every time I need a prescription filled it is a nightmare! They never, ever answer the phone, so you can never speak to anyone in pharmacy, even though it is an option on their phone system. I once was on hold for 1/2 hour and still no one picked up. I went to the drive through to pick up a prescription that was sent in, I arrived at around 10am, they asked me to come back at 2pm, told them I couldn't, and asked if I could wait since I needed this pain killer ASAP, they said no. When I arrived home 10 minutes later there was a text that it was ready. Why did they tell me no and then get it done within minutes, someone had to drive all the way back and pick it up. If I didn't have to have my prescriptions filled by CVS I would never go there again, but Insurance dictates where you go.

The worst. Slow and attitudes every time. Understaffed on every visit. Lines inside lines outside. Never again

Have been sitting in the drive through line for 27 minutes now. RIDICULOUS!!! This is the slowest pharmacy I've ever gone to. Avoid at all costs

Excellent CVS. Bright and clean. Super organized. Easy to find stuff. A friendly lady greeted us as we walked in. Found everything I needed including lots of healthy snack choices. Had to use the bathroom and that was very clean and smelt like Pina coladas. 10/10

Please before pick up stuff from here compare the price from other place. I had two incident that I paid close to pay $5 for same product that sold in shoprite, target, and other drug store. They charge a lot more!!!! Recently, I bought abreva cold sore cream for $25 and same size and same brand they sold in shoprite for $18.98. This was my second incident. I came here for location but next time I'm not planing to go to this branch CVS. Please check the price!!

Me: Where are the newspapers? CVS Guy: Which one? Me: Star Ledger CVS Guy: (pulls out a small stack of newspapers from behind the counter tired with rope) Me: Is that where you normally keep them? CVS Guy: Yes because nobody buys them. As if this wasn't bad enough, he couldn't find a scissor to cut the rope. I aborted the mission and went down to 7-11 where they had the newspapers sitting on a rack. Here's a marketing thought. If you kept the newspapers on display where every other store keeps them, sales would likely increase.

CVS of Rockaway checks all the boxes. Drive Through Pick Up Window - Check. Prompt and Friendly Service - Check. Well stocked Essential Items - Check. Great selection of Snack Foods - lemme check.. ..(*chewing*) Yup, I mean - Check! This Retail Chain was founded 55years ago in Lowell, Massachusetts. It was originally named the "Consumer Value Store" and not "Coffee Valium & Snacks" as I originally thought. As of May 2018 they maintain 9,800+ Stores and used to share the same parent company as Marshalls before T.J. Maxx purchased the apparel store in 1995. Just thought you'd like to know. This location serves as a fine example of this company's ability to provide goods and services to local consumers who are in need of health care related products as well as everything else. This store really has just about anything anyone could possibly need!! You'll find plenty of parking in the lot and easy access to Route 46.
