The agent was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they are always understaffed. Only one person to man the whole store the one agent is generally busy which means the phone doesn't get answered. I live 45 minutes away and had to drive all the way there to see if the phone I wanted was in stock after several attempts at calling. It's my closest store and I've purchased 5 phones from this location. I implore management to lighten the load on their staff despite being alone with the entire workload the agent remained pleasant.
